It is also a block away from a unique grocery store which offers many local and imported wines. The seat of New Mexico government is also a block away, making it easy for those attending the legislative sessions. Off-street parking provides safety and ease of transport. Nestled between many specialty stores, shopping becomes a joy. A variety of excellent restaurants are down the street, offering an opportunity to explore Santa Fe's culinary offerings. The famous Canyon Road, home of many galleries is blocks away.

Beautifully appointed apartment, detailed for comfort.

Good location, responsive owner
The casita has a tremendous amount of charm and is in a very convenient location as far as walking to everything in Santa Fe. There is a fair amount of street noise during the day which makes sitting outside on the tiny patio less appealing. The unit also is not very private as the windows of the bedroom enter on to the driveway for the complex. Overall our stay was very pleasant and Janice is an excellent landlady!

Wonderful time in Santa Fe
My wife and I had a great trip to Santa Fe to celebrate our anniversary. Our Casita was close enough to walk to the Plaza for all the wonderful shopping and food experiences there. I would definitely recommend this Casita and experiencing the amazing personal attention the owner Janice provides. She is top notch and very interested in the quality of your stay!

Quiet hideaway just outside the plaza
This Casita is more spacious than it appears in the pictures. Janice, our hostess, left a basket of goodies for us which was unexpected. The decor is beautiful. We struggled a bit with how to turn on the tv and Janice responded immediately and even offered to come over to get it on (but the phone instructions were perfect). I highly recommend. Great value, great service, clean, nicely decorated and every need taken care of. Note: One evening we took a Lyft into town (only a mile) and decided to walk back at 9:30 p.m. The return walk was easy but very dark. Make sure you have a flashlight or use light on your phone. We felt pretty safe but still a tad vulnerable because of the darkness along Old Santa Fe Trail (about a .25 mile stretch).

great location, responsive hostess
We spent five days at Casita Arbolita for the 2017 Christmas holiday. The property is perfectly located for that because it's easy walking distance to everything downtown and Canyon Road so you save yourself a lot of automobile hassle. Janice is super-responsible and responsive. Our unit was amply appointed so we lacked nothing. Great stay.

Charming apartment in a great location.
Casa Arbolita is a very comfortable apt. within walking distance of almost everything in downtown Santa Fe. It is stocked with all the essentials of home, for entertainment and cooking/eating .Very highly recommended.
