This condo is situated in an ideal location; it is next to the main pool but has
the feeling of seclusion and privacy with spectacular mountain, golf and desert
views. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with an extended patio; it is perfect for
relaxation, entertaining and wildlife viewing. A hiking trail is located steps off
the patio. A recent renovation has provided all the upgrades including granite
counter-top, stainless steel appliances & polished tile floors throughout. The
living room, dining, and master bedroom all have huge picture windows to take in the
magnificent views. The spacious living room boasts of leather furniture, 50 inch
flat screen TV with INFINITY, and high speed wireless internet. The master bedroom features a huge picture window with mountain views, a NEW Sterns & Foster king size bed, 32” flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a master bath with a glass walk-in travertine tile shower.
The second bedroom also has a lovely view, large closet and a 22 inch screen TV; the beds could be one king or two twins
depending on need. The third bedroom/den has full size bedding with a large storage
closet. The dining room has an extended table (seats 6) with a picture window, and
the kitchen is equipped with upgraded kitchenware with mtn views. Washer & dryer
are included. This spacious and airy condo blends flawlessly with its splendid
surroundings.
