Description
The 3-acre Grounds are made up of huge mature manicured pine trees, shrubs, and evergreens. The backyard alone is almost an acre of beautiful lush green grass. For the kids we also have a real tree house, trampoline, and an oversize huge sparkling crystal clear swimming pool for hours and hours of fun and enjoyment.
The main house has 8 bedrooms with 10 Queen beds. Master bedroom has a King bed and French doors that open to a private patio that overlooks the back yard and pool. 1 Bedroom has 1 Double bed.
The first of 2 living rooms is an open concept to the gourmet kitchen, which is well stocked with all you will need to make a home cooked meal.
The second living room has a pool table and poker table so you can brush up on your 21.
For those of you that need a little extra room. There is a private and separate 2-bedroom 1-bath 'Casita' ( Optional/Fee ) sleeps 10 , with living room, mini kitchenette., full size fridge and washer dryer, living room with TV. One of the bedrooms has 4 queens, typically the kids room. The second room has 1 Queen bed
We have just done a great deal of work and restoration to the home and property, with countless upgrades to include a brand new 70’ in High Def. TV in the living room and a 55’ in TV in the Master bedroom, we have also recently purchased all new appliances,new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The home has wood and tile floors throughout.
Outside we have a BBQ perfect for family reunions, events, an in-ground trampoline, cool deck around pool. At the front entrance, we have just put in new tile and big chunky decorative rock on either side. We know it is very difficult to find a home and property with this much land (almost a full 3 acres) The place looks great and we have plans to do even more work. You just found the perfect place, we have it all, Why look any further? Come, Relax, Unwind and enjoy your stay.

Perfect spot for our reunion
We needed a spacious place away from the strip to hold a 3-day weekend reunion to celebrate many 50th birthdays. This house was perfect! 10 families in 10 bedrooms with large areas to hanging out and a ginormous yard for the kids to run around in. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking, and easy access to the strip for those who were inclined. We stayed in January so it was too cold to use the pool or to do outdoor BBQing, but there was plenty of space indoors to make up for that. All were impressed by the size of the interior. Some bedrooms had a bit of an issue with temps at night (too hot/too cold) but we were able to adjust during our long weekend stay. The trampoline in back yard was the highlight with the kids (aged 8-14)! Despite their parents' worries about trampolines in general, there was nothing but fun to be had with it. The management was nice and very responsive. Nothing but great memories from our weekend stay!

This was our second time at this property. We will be booking it again for next year. The house is great, open, and allows for privacy and a place for the team to gather. Everything you need to prepare meals for a large team/family.

Overall was acceptable
The location was perfect for our group of 16, nice bedrooms and living spaces, great space to gather a large group together for a vacation. The complaints I do have is the pool is not heated, it was in the low 80's every day but the pool was still to cold to get in, the TV service is not good, very limited channels. WIFI was weak and dropped out a number of times which was not good for this group of business people that needed internet access. The space for what we needed was acceptable but not a location we will be coming back to for the reasons listed.

We enjoyed our family time but the house was not up to par. Updates are needed.
The pool was dirty upon our Thursday arrival. We were told it was scheduled to be cleaned on Friday. The fridge/freezer did not work properly. A couple of chairs need to be replaced due to the cushions being worn. For the amount of money we paid to stay in this house I was not pleased. This house needs some updated furniture & beds. The shower heads need to be updated as well or simply cleaned to allow proper water flow. I think the owner and the property management team needs to go through this house and fix these and other issues I have pointed out then future guest will have an overall great stay.

My family enjoyed the property and the outside areas and bar/b/que area.
The experience for the kids and adults were wonderful, happy and kid friendly. There were a couple of problems with (garbage disposal and lawn service showing up unannounced). There was a date set for Friday the 8th, by HomrAway which was our check out. Instead they showed up on Wednesday while the kids were in the pool and we were getting ready to bar-b-que. we canceled due to cut grass stirring up some of my family members allergies. We continued the next day. Also, more blankets and sheets. But overall I give a 10 and will be calling you all again ???? P,S.The patio door to the pool does not lock at all. But, we still felt safe in this neighborhood!

Nice, large property with lots of ammenities
While the house could use a little bit of touch up, I was very pleased about the property. We were a large group (11 adults) and the space was sufficient for us. The pool and trampoline were really nice too, especially on hot days.

Enjoyed the property. Family get together are always great
Have been going this for many years getting a large home and this homes space was very nice. The yard was amazing. With our grandchildren especially the tree house and in ground trampoline however the pool was dirty from the wind and it took several calls to get the service done on it. The hot tub was warm to start. But couldnot get it to function properly due to insufficient power to it. The owners. Refunded the extra cost of this after two service calls. Loved the space however multiple items where in I’ll repair. Outside and inside. This was the masters weekend and some of us where. Weekend golfers and fans fans and the direct tv always showed errors. And a basic service to the TVs not even a minimal sports selection was available. And the police visit to ask for my contract for the place. Was the ultimate disappointment. Apparently the house was to be rented for a minmum of 30 days by ordinance unbeknown to me. overall a good home, the inconvenience of making several service issues detracted from the experience
