The nearly 7,000 square feet ‘Palace’ has enough room to sleep up to 28 people comfortably. Boasting 10 Queen beds, 3 Full beds and One King. All mattresses are brand new and extremely high-end double pillows topped for your sleeping comfort. An astounding 8 Bedroom, 5 Full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, huge dining room, and a beautiful well laid out kitchen with everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal—all cutlery and dish-ware are included. Also integrated is a brand new refrigerator and dishwasher. All landscaping has been redone as well. The pool has just been newly plastered with new pumps and filters.

Just what we were looking for
Stayed at this property with our college rowing team for an event at Lake Las Vegas. The house was spacious and well set up to handle 18 college athletes and 2 coaches comfortably. The property is a good way from the strip and other busier parts of the city which made for nice quiet atmosphere.

2 days before our event, they had a mixed up with the online booking (since the property was advertised on different websites). Thankfully, Richard (property owner) took the initiative to call me and explained what had happened (i believe his explanation that it was beyond his control). Good thing he had another vacation property on the other side of Vegas (Vegas Ranch) and was able to booked and accommodate us (its impossible for me to cancel our high school reunion). Though we didn't get our original vacation property, Richard made all the efforts to facilitate our new reservation. The house was bigger, clean and furnished (from lots of towels down dishwashing soap). I commend Richard and her caretaker, Brenda for taking care of us. Lovely home!
Richard was very responsive and helpful. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the 10 of us staying there for 3 nights thoroughly enjoyed it! It’s quite well-equipped.

Excellent relaxing retreat from a busy Vegas Conference
My company rented the house while we were attending CES this year. After a long day at the show and the busy atmosphere around the strip, it was great getting out of downtown Vegas when returning to this spacious house. Overall the house was immaculate, well maintained, and just as beautiful as the photos. Richard was an incredible host, not too bothersome, but always available if we needed anything. We even had one of our staff leave a laptop and he sent it back to us. 11/10 would recommend!

Beautiful home, best vacation ever !
My husband and I got married on the property in August of this year, I was so weary of paying such a large sum but I must admit it was worth every single penny. We stayed four days with all of our closest family and friends, including our two young children and it was the most amazing vacation yet to date. The home is EXACTLY as pictured, we were greeted by the groundkeeper who was graciously at our beck and call the whole trip. The lights by the pool never came on, but it was so beautiful outside in the evening no one cared, a gentleman had to come look at the electricity while we were there but it was a very minor inconvenience for a week that overall was fantastic. Plenty of towels for everyone, MORE than enough space for so many people, and we received our deposit in a timely manner. We didn’t see anyone else in the neighborhood almost the entire stay, so it felt very private which we appreciated. The view of the Vegas strip from the back yard at night is definitely a site to see, BOOK IT you won’t regret it!

Wonderful off strip property for large family or group
This is exactly the type of property we needed. We take a youth basketball club to Las Vegas frequently for tournaments. Managing them in hotels on the strip is stressful. This home was perfect - they loved the sleeping quarters, we loved being way off strip with a wonderful series of game tables and a great pool.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL house!!
We had a wonderful time in Vegas! This house was the perfect place for our large groupon of friends with more than enough space for everyone! The tile work, crown molding and attention to detail is stunning! Even more beautiful in person. Huge pool and hot tub. Great contact and response from owner, we will for sure be back!

Outdated, bad location, overpriced
PROS - Lots of beds - Pool was okay CONS - Built probably in the 1970s, and it shows. They've tried to do some work on it, but if you dress up a pig, you still have a pig. - Not well maintained (exposed electrical boxes, outdated and crappy furniture, pipes running outside the walls from renovations, etc.) - Not worth anything approaching what we paid - Everything around it except the immediate street is low income. Grocery stores and restaurants are really dumpy. - Pillows are terrible - The upstairs floor plan makes no sense. 3 bedrooms upstairs are clearly obvious and 3 more are only accessed through one of the more obvious 3 BRs. - Oven was tiny and old - Dining room table had to be temporarily braced because it was about to fall apart. This house was a disappointment relative to the cost. It was very dated and there were many things that significantly detracted from our experience. It was worth about 50% of what we paid.

Amazing! A perfect setting for a family event
What an awesome experience it was having all the comforts of home. Hosting our family event at the Las Vegas 3 arcre ranch accommodated everyone with a clean,and private environment. The trampoline and swimming was a hit with the children and our senoirs enjoyed the, pool and poker table, huge living room and kitchen fully equipped with appliances, dishes, etc. Two thumbs up :-)
