The 'Red Rock Ranch’ is an unbelievable and beautiful 3-acre spread nestled in the heart of Las Vegas only 5 miles to the Strip. You are going to be overwhelmed with the park like setting of this home. The grounds are made up and surrounded by highly mature and manicured landscaping, with huge 100-foot pine trees, lush green grass, sculpted bushes & flowers that adorn the entire property. Walkways and pathways will have you wondering through the grounds with enjoyment. At every turn you will find various different sitting areas to engage in conversation, read a book or simply take a refreshing nap as you listen to the waterfalls flowing in the background. Our pool is unlike any other pool you have ever seen in a residential home, a huge 20 X 60 ft. custom pool big enough you can actually do laps in. Family reunions, weddings, corporate events all can be host to your activities. There are grassy areas big enough for the kids to be able to play a real game of football. Also included for your enjoyment we have a pro sized tennis court, basketball court.
This property truly has it all.
The fun does not stop there. Once inside the home you’re going to enjoy hours of fun in the game room. Play a game of pool. The main house is approximately 7800 sq. feet,with 9 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms with 7 Queen beds, 3 King beds, 2 double beds and 2 single beds, enough room for 24 people to sleep and relax. Several rooms have new flat screen TV's for your entertainment. All of our beds are high-end comfortable beds with luxury linens (ordered factory fresh after each Guest) and of course all bath towels are included. ( also ordered factory fresh after each Guest) For those of you that need a little extra room.
There is a separate and private Casita/Apartment (Optional/fee) that can sleep 4 more. The one bedroom apartment has a king bed with TV, living room with sofa sleeper, full shower and kitchen with full-size refrigerator.

Large and comfortable
The house is great and has excellent privacy. There are many nice amenities. It has a large amount of space inside and out. The grounds are well kept. The kitchen is well equipped. The management company is easy to work with. Thank you very much.

Huge spacious property
Was a last minute booking after our first booking fell through. They were very gracious getting the house ready last minute (1 day before we arrived) Plenty of room for 20 people. Had an awesome time. Tennis courts, basketball court, pool (too cold outside to use) jaccuzi was awesome. I would highly recommend this place. The people who own the house are super nice.the bedrooms are spacious, huge kitchen! Will book again!

Lifesaver!!!!
I was throwing my husband a Surprise "50" Birthday Party, just 6 days before the party the homeowner of another property cancelled on me with no warning leaving me left to find another venue for my destination party. Invitations had already gone out, reservations made, vendors in Las Vegas area were paid in full. I found Red Rock Ranch and Im so glad I did!!! First pictures don't do it justice its GORGEOUS!! And it was perfect for my family and guest we were accommodating from out of town!! And the party went off without a hitch everything was great everybody really enjoyed themselves and the house kept saying how beautiful it was!!! Thank You to Richard, Jeremy and Brenda for being so accommodating and helping me out on such short notice!! The house is just so comfortable although its big its very cozy and great for entertaining!! Would definitely stay again!!! Was he really that surprised not so much, but he really did enjoy himself and have a memorable 50th for sure at the Red Rock Ranch!!!! Thanks Again, Cassi

Perfect for a large active family
Could not have stayed at a more perfect place to meet our needs! We were three generations; grandparents, children and grandchildren. We ranged in age from 2 months to 71 and each found something they loved to do! We fully utilized the wonderful, albeit very cool pool, the hot tub (pay the extra to have it heated!), the basketball court (bought a new net!), and the tennis court (some brought their own racquets and needed new balls). We loved sitting out under the pergola and were only in the house to prepare food or sleep! The outdoor space and the water fountain were great ambiance. House was clean and kitchen was fully equipped, beds were plentiful and comfortable. That said, it is showing its age and is pretty out of date (both inside and out), landscaping could stand some improvements. Do not pass this one up!

Plenty of Space for a Large Group
The house was a great spot for our family reunion. Plenty of beds and space to spread out. The kids and adults loved the back yard and we had a great Easter Egg Hunt the kids really enjoyed. The house was clean and orderly and had almost everything we needed for our stay. The bath towels were fantastic and lots of them. We didn't find the pool towels until Saturday night. We did have a problem with the pool not being usable until Saturday afternoon (We checked in on Thursday). Also we did not know the pool could not be heated until the week before our stay. That should have been noted in the listing. It was too cold to swim other than in the afternoons. The kitchen was big enough to accommodate our meal preparation, but suggest a 9 X 13 pan, a wire whip or hand mixer and a new broom be purchased. We previously reported the refrigerator in the casita not working but there was an attempt to get it repaired, which we appreciated. FYI: 1. The inside handle of the door to the bath at the end of the upstairs hallway is failing. We had to rescue people a couple of times. 2. The cable from the TV to the cable connection in the bedroom at the top of the main staircase is missing so the TV did not work. 4. Our biggest frustration was the light switches. Many did not seem to do anything - but we worried we had turned something off or on that should not have been done. Labeling the switches would have made a big difference. Also a note book with basic instructions on how to operate the heat and A/C, the TV's, the hot tub, the outside/tennis court lights and how to get the bathtub to a shower in the large upstairs bath would have saved us a lot of frustration. Brenda's walk through was too quick to cover everything and she was in a hurry so we didn't get all the info we needed. We had a great reunion and appreciate the use of the home. Thanks!

Great place for a large group, but lacking in kid-friendly activities and basic family amenities
We were in Las Vegas for a family business retreat. We enjoyed our stay in Vegas for the most part, however we were disappointed by the available options for kid-friendly activities on the property. The listing boasts a 3 acre lot, but the majority of the property is dirt and fenced off for horse pasture (including a comment from management to keep kids away from the barn and horse pasture area) - not usable space. The pool is very nice (not heated) and the hot tub worked well (heated at an additional fee), but there's no way to get to the tennis court or other areas of the property without going past it, so small children need to be accompanied at all times (as there is no cover or fence for the pool) while on the property. Further, the tennis court lighting does not work, with only two of the lights functioning, so our nighttime activities on the tennis court was unfortunately limited. The house itself is big and spacious with many rooms. The heating worked well and the kitchen was massive and also worked very well! There were more than enough household items to help with cooking and cleaning (though there was only one standard-sized refrigerator). The appliances were very nice and the upkeep on them was more than adequate. The downsides of the house is there are only two tubs (depending on your family make-up, this can be difficult with small children). The house is all tile and no carpet, making it difficult to congregate with more people than you had chairs/couches for (uncomfortable to lay on the cold, hard tile) and was thus hard to congregate altogether. Overall the place had more than enough space, but the amenities fell very short of expectations. The tennis court was a big pull when we selected this place, but when we found out the lights were burned out/not working, that put a damper on things; the living space with no carpet or rugs to facilitate large gatherings, and a third of the property unusable (barn/horse pasture), making the title a bit misleading (not to mention the "family friendly" aspect). For the price paid, I would have a hard time recommending this property to other families looking for a retreat in Vegas.

Overall, it is a beautiful place
We had a super great time. It was perfect for us since we celebrated a family reunion, On the negative side: The house needs an inspection by a professional . You can sleep 19 people, but only 6 can sit down for a meal! Upstairs windows almost impossible to close.

Great outdoor space and pleanty of room
We booked this for a corporate event and our needs were met. The pool is a great addition especially for Vegas hot nights. Location wise, it is a bit further from the strip or amenities than expected. Also the local neighborhood had some niceties but also seemed transitional and perhaps not as established as expected. Inside the house there was plenty of room to move and stretch out. We traveled with a group of 6 and the house did not feel cramped. it was clean inside and well taken care of. Our communication with the property manager was overall OK. A bit confusing as to who you are speaking too and also after our check in was a bit hard to get in touch with. Specifically we had a situation where we needed assistance on securing the property and the property manager said they would come out the next day, in which they did not show up. So we had concerns for our personal property when we would leave the premises. Would suggest a better explanation of how to lock up the property, as well as, the ability to close the property gates when staying. Other than that our needs were met.

The perfect place for our dream wedding!
We've rented the Red Rock Mansion to host our dream wedding. It was the perfect scenario and atmosphere. Our immediate family stayed there with us for a whole weekend, enjoying every feature of this amazing house. The property is beautiful, with a huge backyard, a lovely pool and a great number of rooms. We could not be happier!
