The space

This is an AMAZING, 5000 sf mansion with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms accommodating up to 16 people with baby crib w/ changing table, Pac N Play, high chair, etc. w/ additional space for 16 more with an additional charge. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters. Features: Sunken living room, a grand piano, formal dining room, family room off the fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room with washer/dryer. GREAT backyard patio with Gazebo, BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor speakers, wonderful for family time and hangouts. Large fish pond. And much more! FREE fast speed internet, WiFi, we also have a front projection 10ft screen TV (the entire wall is a screen) in the home theater with a Bose surround sound! Children & family DVDs and Movie Channels such as HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, & Starz, Some workout equipment in the home theater. A rec room with full pool table, Infants (under 2 years of age FREE and will not count toward your guest maximum) We also provide a crib & changing table. This home is GREAT and approved for Weddings, Business Travelers as well! Great for business meetings, or for employee incentive get-always. and much, much more!

Guest access

The entire house, depending on # of guests. Either way, we only take ONE GUEST/GROUP at a time. No one else will be at the property, except our property management staff who live on the farm! The lower level with home theater, a large front projection screen with Bose surround sound, exercise equipment, and a pool table! Swimming pool in the back yard, BBQ, fish ponds, beautiful landscaping, etc. AMAZING setting and million $$$ views! The gazebo in the back is the only designated smoking area. Please be respectful of that, we do have guests who come and are allergic to smoke. Thank you for your cooperation. Manager ready to come and attend to guest needs as required. The site property managers are available to attend to our group needs any time they are needed. I'm available 24/7 via phone, text, and email!

Other things to note

Airbnb collects the 6% PA sales tax for the first 16 people, a one-time $379 cleaning fee will be automatically added to all reservations. $39/nt per person for additional people over the first 2 people over 2yrs old. The additional space for a group of over the first 16 will also have a second cleaning fee. We do charge for using our property as a venue. Please ask your host for details and charges. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the Mansion! There will be a hefty penalty charged if you smoke inside! Also if you hide a pet!!

Violet was an amazing hostess and accommodating in every way! We were able to have our entire family under one roof to celebrate my brother’s retirement. The house was incredible and had everything you could possibly need, including rooms for all of us and more than enough bathrooms to avoid any issues getting ready. The house was spotless as well. Staying here made a special weekend even more so and we couldn’t be more grateful to Violet for her hospitality.

Violet's Place was exactly as shown. The house is very clean. She was responsive to every question we had. The rooms are all very bright and cheery. We were there in the winter, so can't really say much about the outside areas. Most rooms are bright with little in the way of blinds. May want to bring a facemask if you like to sleep in darker rooms. It made a great Christmas getaway house for a large family with different ages. Wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

For anyone looking to get away with a larger group,

For anyone looking to get away with a larger group, I cannot recommend this house highly enough. We had a group of about 20 people and there was both ample space for everyone to spend time together and space for us to have to ourselves. There are plenty of activities from the pool and foosball tables, to the gorgeous swimming pool outside. The pictures do not do enough justice for incredible the house is. Throughout the process Violet was constantly in contact with me, and could not have made the booking process any easier. This is the perfect place for any type of large gathering!

Violet was a fantastic host! We rented this house for my wifes 40th birthday and everything went so smoothly. Violet even took the time to call me and go over the layout of the house. Would 100% recommend her and her properties.

Man this place was great.

Man this place was great. We had a large group of guys for a going away party and this was everything we needed. A huge yard to play games in and a pool to cool off in when it got hot. Lots of beds and space for all us to sleep on and a theater in the basement to watch a game if we wanted as well. Overall 10/10 would recommend to anyone. We had a blast.

Very quiet, in peaceful rural surroundings. Beautiful sunsets. Plenty of living and dining space for large family groups. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. Of course, we couldn't use the pool as it was Thanksgiving weekend, but the grounds are beautiful, and the children enjoyed walking on the lane and seeing the neighboring farms. Violet is one of the best Airbnb hosts we have encountered, and always addressed our concerns promptly.
