Welcome to your home away from home. Please watch video to get a better look at my home. A private residence located in the beautiful Arrowhead area. A cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with large covered patio, with HEATED pool and outside bar. Enjoy dining outside on the Mexican motif table for six, with drinks at the bar. An additional small outside table that seats 4. Kitchen and bathroom is newly updated. New cabinetry in kitchen, granite tile counters, an island in kitchen, and tile back splash. Bathroom upgraded with new vanity and fixtures. Tile and wood flooring throughout home. Ceiling fans in every room. Completely furnished with kitchen, bedroom, and bath amenities. Minutes from Bell Rd. and entertainment district. 5 minutes to loop 101. 12 minutes to Cardinal Stadium and Gila River Arena. 25 minutes to Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and airport. Centrally located to all sport venues, dining, and local desert destinations. Sleeps 8. Dogs welcome. Large backyard with two dog runs and dog doors. In addition to bedrooms; there is a large Murphy bed in living room. This residence is available for all sporting events and year round rental.
There is an DAILY ENERGY COST of $50 a night for pool heating. It takes five days to heat pool in the winter, so I need to know before arrival. The king size bed in 2nd bedroom makes into two twin beds.

Backyard oasis!
Our family was in town for son’s baseball tournament. Owner welcomed us into her home after a late flight. Still took the time to show us around her home and welcomed us in like family. Home was fully stocked for anything and everything you would need. Of course, we were hardly ever there to enjoy it because of the tournament.

Lovely Home
Cindy is a great hostess and very dedicated to making sure her guests are well cared for. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook or bake and the backyard is a nice place to bbq and hang out. My family and I had a wonderful time!

A great place in a great location!
We had such a great time! The house accommodated all 7 of us very well. Everything we needed and more was available, and the outdoor entertaining area was perfect for an Arizona vacation. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Peoria Sports Complex and restaurants and shopping. The Cardinals stadium isn't far either. Cindy was a great hostess, even answering our late-night phone call when I couldn't find my email with the house address after we arrived. We would definitely come back again!

Great homebase for our Spring Training trip!
Close to a lot of good golf courses, Peoria Baseball Complex, and restaurants. Very relaxing backyard for chilling out in between the action.

we had a wonderful time staying in Cindy's house. the accommodations were perfect and it is very close to the sporting events we were attending. i would stay here again the nixt time we come to phoenix area
