Hello and thank you for inquiring about our property.
 
We want to be sure our property meets your expectations so please take time to read
through our entire listing to confirm the amenities available to you will satisfy your needs.
 
We ask this because when folks see the listing under "Condo" many are expecting full
kitchen/laundry availability. Unfortunately, within the rental software the closest label that identifies our property is Condo/Studio but our rental is actually the Junior Suite of our Condo. 
 
Our property is more accurately defined as a Casita or accommodations you would find at a Luxury Resort. It has its own entrance, private patio, large bath, large separate sitting room, etc. but it Does Not have access to a full kitchen or laundry facilities. We do provide free Wi-Fi, a mini refrigerator/freezer, plenty of bottled water, microwave, Keurig coffee maker & coffee, toaster oven, etc.
 
There are laundry facilities in town and of course there are more than ample dining selections to choose from and we do provide a weekly housekeeping service for guests staying longer than 7 days. 
 
Many of our guests utilize the Carefree Resort and Conference Center, which is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away, for breakfast, lunch and dinner as they have several restaurants lounges on the property to choose from.
 
We have had many guests stay for two weeks and their comments indicate that they loved
it. So, please read through the comments/recommendations on the VRBO & HomeAway sites related to our property as they
may provide you with additional insight about our property.
