As you open the front door you enter into a spacious 2 story foyer. The dining room, with seating for up to 10 guests, is immediately to your right, and living room straight ahead. But the focal point of the home is the large kitchen and huge den, both of which open onto the bright enclosed furnished sunroom...this is where all the activity will be.

The well equipped kitchen, with wall of windows, has a large island, stainless steel appliances, Jenn Air grill, electric cooktop, Bose sound system, and flat screen TV. Double glass/screen doors open onto the furnished deck with gas grill, hooked into house supply, overlooking the golf course. You may have to share the view with the wild Turkeys that roam the neighborhood.

The main level also boasts a twin bedroom, half bath, and queen bedroom with private full bath, and french doors which open onto a side brick patio area.

Take the grand stairway up to the second level; king master with private bath, large tile walk in shower, and huge walk in closet, queen bedroom with flat panel TV, large closet, and en-suite bath, second queen bedroom with large closet and shared bath, and the laundry room.

The lower level boasts a huge entertainment area with bar, flat panel TV, casual seating, gas fireplace, billiard and foosball table, full bath.
