Set on almost 3 acres of land on a peninsula featuring 175 feet of North Shore Lake Poygan sandy frontage, the home offers nearly a 360-degree view of the beautiful blue water. With your very own lagoon set behind the cottage, you'll feel like you're on your own island, providing lots of privacy.
Inside, the home features high-end, nautical decor, accented by exposed rustic wood beams, windows offering lots of natural light and fantastic views, and all the amenities necessary for the ultimate home-away-from-home experience, including recently added wireless internet access. The newly remodeled kitchen, new wood floors, pine wood paneling, and wood-burning fireplace add to the warmth and comfort of this property.
The chef of the group will love the kitchen, which is complete with all the cooking appliances necessary to whip up all your favorite recipes. For great dining experiences, gather together around the table outside on the patio overlooking Lake Poygan and enjoy dinner under the moonlight. In

Very cozy cottage with beautiful view
The cottage Exceeded our expectations. We spent quality time by the fireplace and enjoyed nice view of frozen lake. Nate was so nice and communicative during our stay. The cottage has hot running water which was clear but had a sulfur like odor so you need to bring ur drinking water along, otherwise the running water was good for shower and other stuff.there was a nice fire pit and bbq outside that u can enjoy.
