Nice, Quiet Retreat on the Lake
This was a nice house on a beautiful lake. We came here in late November so we didn't get as much use out of the lake as we would have liked, but we had a great time. The house is clean, well maintained and lots of room to spread out. Nice big kitchen for cooking and gathering around with family. The ping pong table in the basement was a big hit. Troy was great and called us beforehand with all the information we needed.

We felt right at home at this property! It was very well equipped for all of our needs. The view of the lake was breath taking and the area was very peaceful. There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful stay we had. We definitely hope to stay here again!!

We had a great time
We really enjoyed this location. We lucked out and the water level at the dock wasn’t too low so we could dock our boat at the dock. We got even luckier in that the water level came up while we were there that we could use the boat ramp to bring the boat out. We also brought a canoe and my parents brought two kayaks. We had a small bass boat. I would say if you’re planning on swimming be prepared to boat away from the grass. We were there more to canoe and fish so the shallow grassy cove was perfect and the gradual slope and short walk to the dock was essential. The driveway took us some manuevering with a person spotting to figure out the best way to park but once we did it wasn’t a problem. I will say if you’re a cook that likes her own sharp knives, certain pots or pans or cutting boards it’s not a bad idea to bring those. But we cooked 3 meals a day most days we were there with the kitchen tools we had no problem. Very much enjoyed it and would return.

Lovely house on Lake Chickamauga
We enjoyed the house very much. It has all of the amenities we were hoping for. The theatre room is great. We had hoped to be able to swim in the lake by the dock but the swimming dock was covered in goose poop and the water had plants that extended to the surface throughout the inlet. It's a lake not a pool so it isn't surprising but we did not have a boat so it made out ability to have fun in the water a little tougher.

Very peaceful location
The Recovery Room is on a quiet cove. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and paddle boat. The house was very roomy. We came across a few repairs that needed to be made and Troy has done them. We had 4 adults and 2 children that enjoyed our days floating in the water. We did take several trips into Chattanooga.

The Recovery room is the perfect place for a family vacation, complete with all the amenities that provide a first class experience. Troy is a great host and will make sure you enjoy your stay. Our family had a wonderful time on vacation this past week.
You will not be disappointed staying here the house is beautiful and very large. The kitchen had everything you need in it. My family really enjoyed the paddle boat and board used them every day. My Grandkids fished off the dock and my Grandson who is 3 even caught his first fish. Troy was fantastic if I texted or called him he would immediately respond. We will definitely come back.

One of the best house Ive stayed in!
