Full kitchen, wood burning fireplace in living room, master bedroom has king size bed, second bedroom has 2 queen beds with all new mattresses. The Condo overlooks and steps away from pool, jacuzzi and kid's pool ( Opened Memorial Day through Labor Day). Beautiful view of lake from living room and dining area. Mountain Lake Club has nice beach area, another pool, small boating, fishing. For skiers in winter, slopes are just a 2 minute drive (approx. 1/2 mile), or 10 minute walk. The unit has everything you need on vacation. Central air, heat, a fireplace with firewood that is available in front of the building at no additional fee.

Ron we were very pleased with the condo. Thank you for answering all our questions on time. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again. The view of the snowy mountains was amazing and the lake. I really recommen this place. The place had everything we needed thats a plus.

Winter Getaway Perfection
The condo was perfect for our "girl getaway weekend " It had all the amenities of home and more. The view was incredible. We had breakfast overlooking the beautiful lake. The pictures do not reflect half the beauty of the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean and we were able to cook all weekend. The only complaint would be, if I had 1, is that the Keurig machine was not working but we never mentioned it to the owner as it was a non factor. He had another coffee machine in the condo which worked perfectly. I am sure Ron would have addressed it had I mentioned it to him sooner. We enjoyed the proximity to the slopes. There is a path directly behind the condo that wraps around the lake and leads to the slopes where there was live music all weekend long. We enjoyed great food and delicious margaritas at the Burrito Bar. We were also able to enjoy the local restaurants like Shenanigans, which hosted a DJ, live band and karaoke Friday night. The condo was perfectly located with so many things to do within the immediate surroundings. Also, the supermarket and liquor store was a short 10min drive away. I would absolutely recommend this condo for both summer and winter getaways.

Well maintained and equipped property with all the comforts of home!
This property is adjacent to Big Boulder ski area and overlooks the lake. The view is terrific! It is a spacious two bedroom condo with plenty of room for our family of five. Ron, the landlord, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. In addition, we were happy to find the unit well supplied with firewood and all the comforts of home. We would definitely return for another stay!
