This is a perfect villa for a large family or group
From booking and communication to ease of arrival information we had no issues whatsoever. We where 6 adults and 3 kids, 14,10,7 year olds. The villa had everything, from the fantastic games room to the live premiership football to the south facing pool and jacuzzi this villa really did have everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. We stayed in the villa a couple of days having a break from the parks and the kids had a ball. I will definitely be back.

The property was just what we wanted over two floors and spacious. Lots of bathrooms
Set close to Disney and up can avoid the i4 and get to Disney within 15mins using the back roads. The property is large and spacious and ideal for large families with good cooking facilities plus bbq!! Close to everything else you need with games room in garage for kids. We will 100% be back here next time without a shadow of a doubt - owner/agents really helpful and hands on plus gates code access of security guard on a break which is really comforting - fully recommended.

Clean and quiet with lots of room.
This was our first experience with VRBO. The property was as advertised and Nicola was very pleasant to deal with. Reasonably close to Disney Properties with a 20 to 25 minute drive. Would totally recommend.
