Owner lives on premises, in complete basement apartment with separate entry. After greeting you upon arrival, owner will not access your rented area unless invited.

Front door entry combination is supplied before check-in.
Toiletries are in the upstairs hall closet.
Netflix is accessible.
A gas grill is on the deck for your use. Guests are asked to clean the grill.
Direct TV with HBO package is in the Family Room.

Wonderful nest with Tree Top View
We loved our stay beautiful home with a wonderful View. Ron was very nice we hope to come back
Wonderful house
This house was perfect for our couple's white water rafting weekend (total of 8 adults). Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with great appliances and had plenty of room to cook. Because there was 8 of us, the dining was split between the kitchen and dining room but the weather was great so we ate outside on the deck in the screened in gazebo where we all fit. There were a couple minor issues but Ron was very responsive and got them fixed. Our pups loved running and playing in the fenced-in yard. And the view from the front deck was gorgeous!!! We hope to stay here on our future rafting weekends.
