Bathrooms: 1Our one bedroom condo is located on the 12th floor of the Waikiki Park Heights. The view from the lanai is the Ocean and City. Once the sun sets the city of Waikiki lights up and the view just gets better. Friday Night Fireworks is great from our lanai. We have 2 great lawn chairs on the lanai for you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise.

The kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter top is fully stocked with all the appliances and cook wear and eating utensils you will need to prepare your meals per your liking. Beautiful new cherry cabinets. Wonderful gray granite counter top, full size refrigerator, Kitchen Table, Stove and Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Tea Pot and Coffee Maker.
The apartment is beautifully tiled. The living room is furnished with a Queen size Sofa bed a coffee table and a wall mounted TV. We have furnished this condo for you to have ample space to lay out your suit case and have room to move around.
The Bathroom has a fantastic newly tiled Walk-in shower with a tinted door with a unique Japaneses bath tub as a bonus. The Vanity and sink are beautiful and has a wall mounted hair dryer. Please Note: Please look at the pictures of the bathroom as the shower and vanity are not enclosed by walls. However the toilet is in an enclosed room for privacy.
The bedroom is the first room to the right as you enter the unit. The room is furnished with a King size bed and a memory foam mattress pad for extra comfort, We also have a 6 drawer dresser and a mirrored closet for you to unpack and feel right at home.
We do supply linens, bath towels and Beach towels. We also provide snorkeling gear for 2 and a few beach toys and chairs for our guests to use.

The building has a large pool & lounging area to stretch out and soak up the sun. There is coin operated laundry room located in the basement of the building. The lobby is tastefully decorated and has many tables and sofas to sit and relax. Additionally there are men and woman rooms in the lobby as well.
The Waikiki Park Heights is located at 2240 Kuhio Ave From this location you are 3 Min away from Waikiki Beach. The highly rated HY's Steak House is located in the Waikiki Park heights where you can enjoy a wonderful meal and or Happy Hour with friends and family. There are so many restaurants for you to choose from Sushi, Sea food to Burgers all over the Waikiki area. The closest grocery store is the "Food Pantry" located just a block 1/2 away where you can find fresh tropical produce. The Honolulu Zoo and the Waikiki Aquarium are a quick 8-10 min walk from the condo. Being a block away from the Famous Kalakaua Ave will fulfill pretty much any of your shopping needs from clothing to shoes, bathing suits and so much more. Don't forget the new " International Market Place" Great area to shop and let the kids run around and have fun.

Location exceptional. Could see Waikiki Beach from LR and balcony. Quiet setting. Buses really close
Again great location with transportation and restaurants nearby. Not a glamorous new property but clean, comfy and affordable in an expensive city. Plenty of electrical outlets, good TV, AC, quite. Loved sitting on balcony and seeing Waikiki Beach 3 blocks away!! Kitchenette was complete.
Perfect short stay
My family of four recently spent three nights in this unit. Mary, the managing agent met us in the lobby upon our arrival and showed us everything and gave us the keys. The apartment was very clean, with a compact kitchen that had everything we needed for making breakfasts and light meals. We loved the Japanese soaking tub and there were more towels available than I’ve ever encountered in other rentals. It’s a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. One of the best perks was the indoor parking spot that comes with the rental — it’s tough to park in that area! We would return to this rental in the future.
