Welcome to our newly remodeled and new in the market luxury beachfront two level penthouse villa. The VRBO Bear recently stayed in our Villa and wrote an awesome review. Our Villa is located in Palma Vista condo and is right across the street from the famous Seven Seas Beach in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. It is only an hour’s drive from San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marin airport. The building is very safe with a secured gated access for both cars and pedestrians and we have never had a safety issue with our guests. Our penthouse villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, with a fabulous private rooftop terrace that will take your breath away! It has beautiful ocean and mountain views and a tropical breeze that will make you want to stay forever! Our large rooftop terrace is private and no one else has access to it except you. This villa was recently remodeled and professionally decorated to create a luxury ambiance that will help you relax and truly enjoy your stay!
Unlike other Palma Vista units, our Villa has a new dishwasher and new Air Conditioning in all the rooms including the living room and we do not charge extra if you exceed a certain amount of electricity. We also have the best property manager as you can read in our reviews. In addition to our posted discounts, please inquire about our last minute discounts.
This is the newest and best two level penthouse villa available for rental in Palma Vista. It also has the best owners that treat you like family and always do whatever it takes to make sure you have the best vacation ever! The villa has brand new air conditioners for the entire villa as well as a new TV in each room. We also installed a new dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer. It is tastefully furnished with one king sized bed in the master’s suite and a queen bed in each of the other two rooms. We have an air mattress available in case you need it. There is a bathroom in the master bedroom and the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. There is a third full bathroom available in the rooftop terrace. The main living area has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a new dishwasher, dining table for six and a beautifully decorated living area. It also has a nice size balcony with gorgeous views. A play yard and air bed is available upon request.
As much as we know you will love the downstairs, we are sure you won’t want to leave the second level private terrace which is only accessed from inside the Villa. All teak wood furniture living room set under the shade and four lounge chairs under the sun will give you plenty of options to stay and enjoy the villa. A round dining table for 6 gives you an option to have an unforgettable under the stars BBQ dinner or a wonderful sunset cocktail hour. An outdoor shower, BBQ and wet bar completes the offer. And best of all, we have the most beautiful view of the Seven Seas Beach and Las Cabezas Nature Reserve. Enjoy the breathtaking ocean and mountain views and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Enjoy a glass of wine or champagne while you gaze at the stars and have a breakfast with mimosas as you admire the magnificent view. Let the cool tropical breeze and the sounds of the birds captivate you and make this your paradise home in Puerto Rico.
The villa has a total of 3,500 square feet and has free high speed internet WiFi and cable TV with a 65 inch Smart TV for your enjoyment. It is in a private gated community with a nicely kept pool plus a children’s pool and playground. It also has parking available for two cars plus guest parking.
Seven Seas Beach is one of Puerto Rico’s most beautiful beaches and was designated as a Blue Flag beach which means it has met there strict standards for water quality. It has an offshore reef that breaks the waves and makes it easy to swim and go snorkeling so it is perfect for families with children. Please see a video of Seven Seas beach which is after all the pictures. In addition to Seven Seas, there are other beautiful beaches literally steps away. If you’d like a more secluded beach you can take a short hike among mangrove trees from Seven Seas to Playa Escondida (Hidden Beach), Playa Colorá or La Playa del Gobernador. Famous Luquillo Beach is only 15 minutes away by car and world renowned beaches like Flamenco Beach in the island of Culebra are a very short boat ride, catamaran ride or small plane flight from Fajardo Airport. Las Cabezas de Fajardo Nature Reserve, with its awesome bioluminescent bay is just minutes away. Here you can kayak under the stars and touch the waters that sometimes glow with bioluminescent organisms (please verify with tour operators that the waters are glowing now). The kayaking tour is a lot of fun but does require that you be in good physical condition because you have to paddle against the current. If you want to see the bio organisms without paddling you can go on a boat ride.
If you want more excitement visit the nearby islands of Culebra, Icacos, and Vieques which provide even more opportunities for fantastic snorkeling and swimming in crystal clear waters. My personal favorite is Culebra because of it's gorgeous beaches and great snorkeling. Please see video of catamaran excursion under owner information.
Another must see adventure is the El Yunque National Rainforest, which is only 20 minutes away by car. Take a hike, enjoy the lush vegetation, green scenery, go zip lining and bathe under a waterfall for an unforgettable tropical experience. El Yunque is one of the most biologically diverse of the national forests hosting hundreds of animals and plant species. Please see video of El Yunque under owner information.
If golf is your pleasure you have several options to choose from. Among them El Conquistador, a Waldorf Astoria Resort which is less than 5 minutes away, Coco Beach Golf Club, the host of the Puerto Rico Open, Rio Mar Resort, or the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Bahia Beach Resort and Golf Club, both in Rio Grande.
In terms of food offerings, there are many local seafood restaurants within walking distance like La Estación or Calizo. Make sure you try the mofongo. A little further into Fajardo is our favorite of the area, La Pasión por el Fogón. Delicious seafood and many local cuisine options. For a wonderful Caribbean lobster is La Parrilla II in Luquillo, where you will find the kiosks that sell coconut water and all sorts of fried savory goodies. WOW! What a beautiful villa!!
This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and we couldn't have been happier! The villa was spacious, spotless, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and a great location. We enjoyed coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean and pool and the stars from our roof top living space at night. Beach was beautiful, we were close to attractions and shopping-we went on night time kayak ride in bioluminescent bay, snorkeling trip to private island, Old San Juan and the rain forest. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

Great times in fajardo
Great stay at Palma vista in fajardo..the area is safe and there is a lot of activities or tourist attractions..across the street from the beach, the condo is very spacious and the patio is awesome. Last but not least, Angel the manager is the best and is always available when you need anything. Definitely recommend this comdo.
