Once you book your dates and make a payment, we will email you the rental agreement along with rules and regulations of the complex. You MUST email us the signed document and names of EACH guest staying at the condo at least 30 hours prior to your arrival. The complex requires to have everyone's name on file, the security guard will verify the names at the time of check in. Please have your IDs along with the Rental Agreement ready.
