Villa Ingenio is located at the famous CASA DE CAMPO 5-star resort. This is a luxurious paradise where you’ll find plenty of facilities and amenities, including 4 world-class Pete Dye golf courses (e.g. Teeth of the Dog), equestrian center with polo field, tennis courts, marina, shopping village, restaurants, bars, spa & salon, a replica of a 16th century Mediterranean village complete with artists studio, museums, a 5000-seat amphitheater and much more.
Casa de Campo is considered the most complete luxury resort of the Caribbean. From here, you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as golfing, fishing, horseback riding, skeet & trap shooting, etc., etc. If you want to take an exciting day trip, you’ll be close to both Saona and Catalina Islands. Catalina Island is noteworthy as it’s a famous place for both snorkeling and especially for scuba diving.
If you like history and culture, you’ll probably be interested in knowing that the capitol of the Dominican Republic, Santo Domingo, is only about 1.5 hour drive away. This was the 1st city of the Western World and here you can explore the Colonial City (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and walk in the footsteps of Christopher Columbus!

Casa de Campo is where the bold and the beautiful come to play and vacation, and if you’re lucky, you might find yourself running into a celebrity at the local grocery store or at one of the restaurants/bars of the resort. As a guest at Villa Ingenio, you’ll enjoy unobstructed views of the 7th fairway at La Romana Country Club golf course, designed by Pete Dye (members-only course).
This super villa, which was recently constructed, offers 600 m2 of living space. It’s located in the most beautiful and absolutely calm avenue with a cul-de-sac. You’ll be just a short walk away from the private beach (Playa Minitas), the marina and all of the other resort's major amenities. For your convenience, the villa also includes 2 private golf carts for easy and quick transportation inside Casa de Campo Resort (please note that you’ll be responsible for the golf carts and liable to pay for any damages, missing carts, etc.).
VILLA DESCRIPTION:
Villa Ingenio welcomes you with an entrance hall that leads straight into a charming patio with fountains and green plants. There’s a guest bathroom by the entrance for easy access and convenience.
The living room measures about 80 m2 and is elegantly decorated to offer the very best comfort. From the living room, you can step onto the large covered terrace, which offers an excellent view of the golf course. The terrace is fully furnished and has a large dining table where you and your family and/or friends can enjoy your meals al-fresco.
The villa also consists of an expansive and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a formal dining room for 10 persons, a separate maid room with shower and toilet.
Villa Ingenio is surrounded by a tropical garden and two green zones, which accentuate the tranquility of your stay. The swimming pool is 12 m long and heated from December 15 to March 15! A spacious Jacuzzi is situated next to the pool.
Villa Ingenio has 5 spacious bedrooms:
The spacious master suite has a king bed, en suite bathroom with bath tub and shower, walk-in dressings, outdoor private Jacuzzi and private terrace.
The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom with shower, large dressing.
The 3rd, 4th and 5th bedrooms each have 2 Queen beds, en suite bathrooms with shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and Cable TV with flat screens. The decoration is elegant and very comfortable.
In the gourmet kitchen the villa staff will prepare your delicious Dominican specialties…or any other food you desire.
Staff works from 8:00am - 4:30pm
Extra hours available for a surcharge up to 10:30pm = USD 60 for 2 persons incl. cook.

Great Villa and good location
I took my family to Casa de Campo for the weekend and we stayed in Ingenio 9. It is a great villa, located centrally within the resort. The staff made us feel welcome, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will be back to this villa again.

Beautiful House
We enjoyed our stay at Ingenio. The house was very comfortable for our family of eight. We enjoyed great breakfast meals every morning and the house was kept neat and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable too. The view of the golf course was very serene and the ocean was a short drive away by golf cart. So much to do in Casa de Campos. We will definitely return.

Gorgeous Home With Golf Course View
Our family stayed in Ingenio 9 for a wedding in Casa de Campo. The home is located about half way between the Marina and the beach - both are a 5 minute golf cart drive away. The home is beautiful, just as pictured. It was impeccably clean. The staff (Delores and Kristina) was welcoming and catered to our every need. Our concierge (Caroline) was also fantastic. The property manager, Joseph, was extremely helpful to our family on check-in with Casa de Campo, which is a process. Note: you will need to bring shampoo/conditioner or ask the concierge to purchase for you prior to arrival (new bars of soap are provided) and make sure the 6-passenger golf cart is holding its charge. If your travel plans include Casa de Campo, I would highly recommend this villa.
