It is a newly remodeled modern style 6-bedroom villa located in Casa de Campo on the gorgeous southern coast of the Dominican Republic. The unique design is perfect for groups and families to enjoy time together in an amazing paradisaical setting.
The villa has an amazing outdoor pool and heated Jacuzzi and it is located 5 minutes by the beach.
Three bedrooms have 1 king size bed each, and three bedrooms have 2 queen-size beds each. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, and there is a guest bathroom just off of the main hallway. The living room is very spacious with four sofas perfect for lounging and reading. There are air-conditioners in all of the bedrooms, as well as in the dining room
Your rental includes a chef to prepare all of your meals (breakfast and lunch, excluded food and beverage), four maids, a guest manager, a driver/majordomo and a gardener. Also included two golf carts: one electric golf cart for four-people, one mechanic golf cart for four-people and a Porshe Cayenne car.
Los Lagos 16 is located near Minitas Beach (5 minutes by walk)
The backyard is quite spacious and has a view of the golf course (hole 14) and the lake.
Once you book the villa, you will be put in contact with our Villa Concierge, who will help you pre-plan your entire vacation, with everything from airport transfers, massages, menu selection, tee-time reservations, excursion bookings, yacht or fishing charters, restaurant reservations and much more. So when you arrive, all is prepared and you can just relax and enjoy your vacation.

Note: All additional services have a 15% service charge. Plus the cost of dinner service is 120 usd excluding food and drinks.
- All-inclusive meal plan for food and drinks consumed in the villa (USD 75 per adult per day, children under 12 pay 50% and children under 3 are free) and include breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and afternoon snacks. Includes unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, fruit juices, local beer, local rum and blenders.
The service must be booked at least five days in advance.
The all-inclusive is ONLY in the villa and not in any of the resort's restaurants or bars.

Please note that our driver will be waiting for you at the entrance of Casa de Campo on your arrival time and date ( we will provide you his number upon your booking).
I kindly ask you to provide all flight details of your guests in order to make your check in smoothly). Please wait for our driver at Casa de Campo's entrance (K) in order to avoid any delay or administative inconvenience at the Private Club. He will make sure to bring you to the villa in the easiest and best way.

Excellent vacation house
So happy we chose this home. We were 2 families 12 in total and it fit us perfectly. Great location that’s a 3 minute drive to the beach. Very stylish interior with a beautiful backyard where we swam, enjoyed meals and played ball. The staff was excelllent between preparing our meals, driving us on errands and keeping the house neat. Highly recommended.
