Villa Castellamonte, the name of our property, offers eight (8) spacious bedrooms overlooking the ocean, each individually air conditioned with full en suite bathrooms, provide luxury accommodations for you and your family or group. Our 15,000 sq. ft. luxury villa is fully staffed, including an executive chef, so your every need is looked after and catered to while you are in residence. The vacation rental is located within a prestigious gated community and is adjacent to a 600' semi-private golden beach you can enjoy at any time, day or night. And to help accommodate very large groups of up to 20 adults / kids, we offer various day beds and inflatable beds located in the bedrooms.

Throughout the villa and particularly in the bedrooms you will find stunning hand-painted frescoes and murals reminding you of the Tuscan inspiration for our vacation home. We selected the Dominican Republic to build the home because of the warm, friendly people who welcome you to their island paradise and Cabrera because they are the nicest of all! Throughout the home you'll also find fine carpentry on the massive Honduran mahogany doors and windows.

Each of the bedrooms is fully air-conditioned with individual controls for personal enjoyment. The two master suites have additional seating spaces as does the Lucca Suite. All of the suites have direct access to a deep, shady terrace. All bedrooms have hair dryers.
Game Room
The villa game room is fully equipped to help entertain you while you are in vacation here in the Dominican Republic. The villa bar is located adjacent to the game room and rapidly becomes one of the busiest locations in the villa. The rest of the game room includes: 15' custom-designed championship shuffleboard table, poker table, foosball table, pool table, ping-pong table and, of course, large flat screen television with satellite and a vast DVD collection.
Private Swimming Pool
The private swimming pool is a massive, freeform, zero-entry swimming pool with over 3600 square feet of surface area! The 60' x 60' swimming pool boasts a diving rock, separate hot tub / spa, peninsula and swim thru. The zero entry end is perfect for kids to play since it is so shallow and provides safer handicapped access should that be necessary. The swimming pool is large enough to accommodate an entire family group with everyone having their own space.

Silly Good
Staff is fabulous. Property is beautiful but needing a little sprucing up. All bedrooms are great except the one off the kitchen is down a notch or two. Food was plentiful and I would give it a B to B as far as quality. Prep and presentation was great. Service was off the charts great. Pool area was very nice but could have used a bit more seating. Grounds are beautiful. Setting is beautiful. Long ride to airport. We had 16 and we had a fabulous time. Jason seems like a very nice guy but he clearly married way over his head when he got Michelle. She is the best!
Love this place!
The staff are truly the centerpiece of this beautiful vacation villa. Caring, considerate and not at all obtrusive. You only need to think, “I wish I had...” and it materializes. The cuisine is perfection and fits everyone’s needs. Just let the private chef or concierge know what you want (or don’t want). It couldn’t be better.

Amazing experience!
I brought a group of 19 people to the property for four nights. The property itself was better than expected and was more than able to sleep a large group comfortably. Everyone in my group had nothing but good things to say about property. I think one of the best parts of the property is that it really has everything you need from a recreation standpoint. My group took advantage of the pool, the ping pong table, the shuffleboard table, the pool table, the beach and the basketball court. We also had a massage services brought into the house for two days. We even were able to see whales on the ocean right from our pool. The property is staffed with a large number of people to keep things humming. I think there were 3 hosts, 2 chefs, and a variety of cleaning staff, gardeners, security, etc. You will mostly interact with the hosts on a day to day basis and they were amazing. We kept them late a few nights and they were happy to accommodate us. The meal style was probably a bit more formal than I expected with scheduled group sittings three times a day as oppose to casual eating. Not a problem for my group as we quick acclimated. The meals themselves were top notch and met all my expectations. Michelle was wonderful to work with to setup all the logistics and the excursions. We ended up doing a whale watching tour in Samana Bay which was amazing. We saw whales surface and breach multiple times and had a great time. The tour company provided door-to-door service right from the house which was great. All said and told this place was great value and exceeded expectations for me and my group. Thanks so much for a great time!
