from many popular hot spots. If you are looking for a great place to shop, we are minutes from The Westchester Mall. If you desire a day at the beach, you can be at Oakland Beach in Rye within minutes. Rye has a great amusement park called Playland, that has rides for kids and adults and an indoor ice skating rink. If you desire dinner and a Broadway show, we are close to New York City. If you enjoy skiing, we are a short drive to Birch Hill. Your possibilities are endless.

AMAZING 1st B-Day Bash!
This vacation home is absolutely amazing! My husband and I celebrated my son's 1st B-day with a pool party and it was a huge hit! Everything you could ever need or want is at this home. The home is extremely clean and the beds are extremely comfy. Did I mention how amazing the pool is?!?! The highlight of our party was jumping off the diving board competting against each other on who had the better dives and belly flops. It was definitely a weekend we will always remember! Maria, our contact person, was a doll the entire time. Extemely sweet and catering to all our needs. Only downside we experienced was having to leave. The sad look on my kids faces when I had to literally drag them out of the pool lol. They were in the pool into the very last minute. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful Vacation Rental - Everything you Could Want.
I hesitate to write this review, as I am afraid others will discover this hidden gem of a rental in West Harrison, NY. I lived in Westchester for a number of years before moving last year, and rented this for a week of relaxation and reuniting with friends. It is fantastic. Maria is very responsive and lovely to deal with, and she is very professional. The house has everything you could ever want. The pool looks like a resort, and is absolutely fantastic. My friends all commented that they had never felt so at home in a hotel or a rental property. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes, and the bedrooms are all spacious and very comfortable. The patio was perfect for a low key gathering, and there are also two yards in the back, one perfect for bocce ball and other lawn games, and the other has a volleyball/ badminton net set up for games. I know one of the major selling points of this home is the location with relation to NYC, but honestly, we never wanted to leave the house. They are nice enough to leave take out menus, and there is a grocery store within driving distance. Honestly, I was not sure what to expect renting this sight unseen, but it was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my vacationing experience. Again, I can not say enough good things about this rental, or Maria who handled the whole transaction. It was perfect, wonderful, and I only hope it is available next year for my vacation.

Perfect for our group!
Our group consisted of 3 couples and 2 kids (one of them 22 mos. old), and this house worked out perfectly for us! Maria was a pleasure to work with, both knowledgeable and responsive. The house was lovely and large, and on a beautiful property. The number of bathrooms upstairs (3) was also helpful given the larger group. If you do the research, I suggest you'll find that this house (as high-priced as it seemed to me at first) is actually a decent deal for the area, given the space, privacy, and proximity to the City and train stations. Having a rental car is also necessary in my opinion, in order to easily get to the grocery store and wine shop(!) on Rt 22! :-) The pool was also great for summer temps (since it's not heated). The old-school microwave in the kitchen was also actually fun to use, once we figured it out! (haha and sorry, Maria! :-)). All is to say that my group would definitely recommend this home to any family(ies) or groups looking for a lovely and roomy place to stay for a quality visit, while still having easy access to the City and lots of great shopping nearby. Wonderful Weekend
We rented out the property for a weekend outside the city with access to a pool. The property did not disappoint at all. The house is huge with plenty of room to spread out for a bigger group. The pool, the basketball hoop, the volleyball net provide for plenty of activity around the house. There is also plenty of out door furniture for lounging. Maria, who I dealt with in booking the property, is extremely accommodating. I would recommend the property to anyone interested.

A perfect house for a family gathering. There were 10 of us which was a bit tight but not a real problem. House is clean, well situated, and incredibly well equipped. We would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation rental for families!
We are 2 families with 5 children and rented the house for 6 weeks this summer. This is such a great house for children with beautiful garden and swimming pool! There is a large fully equipped kitchen and the rooms are spacious. The piano in the living room is so nice that my children played every day! The kids especially love the pool! Anthony is a wonderful host and made great effort to ensure our comfort in his house. Would definitely recommend the house!

Great Rental for West Point Graduation
We spent the work here for my son's graduation from West Point. Close enough to the train station that it's an easy trip to NYC. The house we very nice. It easily accommodated our group of 25 for a celebration after graduation with tons of off street parking. The drive to West Point was about 50 minutes. After looking for rentals, we felt this was a great value.

House was Fantastic
We were working in the area and rented the house for 4 weeks. Everything was perfect. Plenty of room, great amenities and Maria was Awesome! Would like to return in the summer months to enjoy the pool. Stores and restaurants were close by.

Great house for the summer!
We had a great stay at this house. We were 3 families with young kids and the house was perfect. Both inside and outside(pool and garden)... maria was very helpul and available to attend our requests. Would like to come back next year and definitely recommend this place to other guests! Tomas
