You have access to WI FI, cable TV, DVR player, Stereo, Blue ray disc player. Enjoy the spectacular sun sets every evening while listening to the fountain on the spacious, private deck. You have all access to the amenities of this custom built home inside and out!! Being is West Sedona will allow you to experience the peace, beauty and tranquility of Sedona. From the home you can walk to hiking trails. You are a 3 min. drive down the mountain to grocery stores and great restaurants on 89A which will take you any where in Secdona! Comfortable and conveniently located.
My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Sedona for the month of January at Lynn Gentile's house. She has provided a comfortable, spacious and well-maintained home with amazing views and all amenities. It is within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, 2 theaters, a gym, and a number of hiking trails. It is centrally located for trips to many area attractions--galleries, ruins, parks, etc--and we took advantage of many of them. Also, January had some chilly days (even a little snow), so we certainly enjoyed the gas fireplace. Our favorite activity was hiking. There are many, well-marked trails and the scenery was stunning. If the weather was bad, we visited galleries (recommend Greg Lawson's, Tlaquepaque, and Exposures) and did the wineries tour. Restaurants we particularly liked include Elote', Mariposa, Rene', and Barking Frog -- but even the smaller places were very good. At the end of our month, we hated to leave but hope to be back next year.

Spectacular Sedona
The house in Sedona is spectacular. Lovely inside and out, so comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Spotless, beautiful flowers (!), a quiet residential neighborhood and great views make this a home we will return to often. Thanks Lynn, until next time

Superb!
Such a gem! We enjoyed a month at Lynn’s beautiful home in June/July. The location is perfect in a quiet residential area, away from the congestion of uptown, very close to shopping and hiking, and an easy escape to the nearby towns of Verde Valley. And the view is stunning with Capitol Butte in the backyard! The living room is spacious, comfortable, and full of light. The deck provides a huge outside living area where you can enjoy a meal at the table or lounge in the cozy chairs with a glass of wine. The master bedroom is very roomy with a comfy king bed, an incredible master bath, and a walk-in closet that goes on forever. Lynn was a delight to work with and we hope to get the chance to enjoy her hospitality again.

Beautiful home in West Sedona. Near grocery, restaurants, hiking trails, spas & bike rentals.
Spent a month here. Deck is lovely with Red Rocks backdrop. Javelinas visited one evening at dusk! Walk to grocery, Jose’s for good food and Sedonuts for, well, yum! great donuts! Great room invites lounging on the couch. Well equipt kitchen. Would stay here again. Great hiking (natural arch) minutes away at Devil’s Bridge or out Boynton Canyon or drive the Red Rocks loop by the high school. The corn at Javelina Cafe was the best! I could go on. Enjoy your stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and in a prime location. The views from the back deck are wonderful and it is so big we did not really even use the house much, lovely as it was. The bathrooms are modern and spotless as was the rest of the house. Very comfortable and felt like home the min. we walked in. Really recommend this property.

Beautiful Views In Luxury
This property sits in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful Mountain View’s out back! A kitchen that any chef would love, comfortable beds, upscale bathroom with rain shower, claw jetted tub and large living room with fireplace, large screen TV, and large sectional sofa. A wonderful place to entertain visiting friends in side as well as out back on private deck with water feature! Plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture and wonderful grill for meats and seafood! Garage for your car, and large walk-in closet that connects to bathroom as well as laundry. Lynn is on top of any needs you could want and a great off-property host. A Sedona property to return to every year!

Gorgeous views right from the living room!
This house is one of the best locations in Sedona. You feel like you are out in the mountains with the view, but actually just half mile down the street is the grocery store and then the main road. Lynn is great to work with. She has a beautiful eye for design and thinks of everything that you need for a month stay in this fantastic house. We loved the layout of the house with the master closet leading to the laundry room. And was great to be able to pull our car right in the garage. It's a very quiet neighborhood and was hard to leave at the end of the month. Thanks again-we sure hope to be back!
