If you are looking for the perfect spot for your family to relax, unwind, and get a new perspective on life, you have found your new paradise! We want you to enjoy our spacious, well-equipped condo with your family. All the amenities you would want are right at your doorstep. Our condo has two bedrooms. One with a king bed, one with a queen bed. Two twin beds can be made available for use in the common area (den). Two full bathrooms on the main living level, Great open floor plan with large kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area, and family room. Cable TV in both English and Spanish. Full laundry. Enjoy morning coffee on the patio right outside the master bedroom, or watch the sun set on the rooftop deck. The rooftop deck comes with it's own 1/2 bath. So, there's no need to run up and down the stairs!
Condo amenities include a wonderful swimming pool overlooking the ocean and a playground for the kids. This is a gated property with a 24-hour security guard. A gate gives you direct access to the beach. Right next door is one of the most beautiful snorkeling areas. It's like a magnificent underwater garden!. The water here is very calm and smooth, so it's good for small children.
Just a few miles away, there are several of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Whether you are coming to Puerto Rico to relax, or to see what all the area has to offer, you will have more than you can possibly choose from for your stay. We hope to see you soon!

A wonderful family experience.
I spent 7 wonderful days at Curt and and place in Cabo Rojo Puerto Rico. The beach and pool were wonderful experiences for us and we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities that the apartment is provided. The rooftop terrace was especially special for us . We saw a shooting star streak across the night sky’s which is seldom scene in New York City. The security on the complex was marvelous and very helpful each time. I look forward into returning in the near future. This will be our only destiny when we’re back in Puerto Rico.

Beautiful property and owners were absolutely incredible.
This is definitely a must go to place! The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The owners are amazing. They gave us directions and "go to" spots and suggestions of restaurants.....just made our stay so much more enjoyable. If we needed anything, they were very responsive with answers or whatever it was. We will definitely return to this property. The beach and pool are great for adults, but also very kid friendly. Our 11 year old daughter would have been happy to just stay at the condo the entire time. You will not regret staying here.
