The location of my Villa is within walking distance of the 5 star Villas Aqua Dulce and the Hacienda El Lusitano. My villa is five stars for a whole lot less $$$

Three Weeks in Quiet Paradise
Just got back from vacation in John/s Villa in the hills outside Sosua from November 9 to November 30, 2018. Initially thought the house was in Casa Linda Subdivision as it is on the same road (my mistake was busy tying up loose ends at home before vacation did not verify the house location before travelling) contacted John the homeowner who promptly provided directions. When I arrived at the house I was ecstatic it was not located in Casa Linda. The area surrounding the home is beautiful lush and so peaceful. If you are looking to relax and unwind or have some fun with no one to bother you this is the perfect place. The house sits on a hill overlooking a valley with a view of the ocean with no houses nearby. The area surrounding the house is stunning with hand carved sculptures from trees throughout the property and beautiful walkways. There is a small store close by if you like to go for a walk (less than ten minutes), monkey jungle is about three miles up the road from the house. The house is about a 15 minute drive from Sosua if you want to go into town. If you want to avoid the city and just enjoy the peacefulness of the house and surrounding area local grocery stores will deliver anything you need to the house for a nominal fee. The house I believe is two years old basically brand new. Everything is new appliances, television etc...The kitchen is perfect for all your cooking needs, outdoor barbecue, big screen tv (which you can link to your Iphone to play music from anywhere), two other tvs in each of the two bedrooms with satellite hundreds of channels in multiple languages. There is 24 hour security at the house which provides peace of mind. Juan Carlo the day security guard was very professional. He was a phenomenal help he is learning to speak English and tended to all of our needs. If he was unable to provide help he always found someone that could. Have traveled to the Dominican Republic five times previously this is by far the nicest place I have ever stayed and my best trip. Was a little reluctant to provide the review would like to make sure the house is available when I decide to return however can not keep it all to myself. John was a pleasure to meet you and thank you for the great hospitality. Would recommend your home to anyone planning on travelling to the Dominican Republic.
