Description
A recently renovated three story, four bedroom beach house located on a mile of lonely sandy beach. It is steps away from a fish market, an open-air restaurant (La Casa del Dorado) and only a short distance away from several neighborhood bars, food stands and a bakery. Located in the historic Barrio Espinar, this quaint neighborhood is home to the oldest church ruins on the island dating back to the 1500's. The upper-level terrace provides the best view of the west coast overlooking pueblos from Aguadilla to Rincon. The main level has three bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and access to the third level patio. The lower level studio has its own living room, bathroom, kitchenette and laundry.

Beautiful beach front house
This house was awesome for our stay! There were 6 adults and 7 kids and we had the perfect amount of space. The house had everything we needed and even included extra toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner. The kitchen was fully stocked and even included some spices. The house also included regular

Super comfortable house
Mr. Lopez was exceptionally gracious and helpful. We had a blast paddle boarding and then just hanging out on the terrace. The kitchen and rooms had everything we needed. The AC work perfectly and the mattress are super comfy. The only trouble was the neighborhood dogs. At night they were very noisy but I understand that the owners don’t have control over this. Everything else was awesome!
