Description
This Vacation Condo has 3 bedroom 2 full bath, washer/dryer, with a full kitchen, along with an ocean view balcony. An enclosed two car garage. Each room has air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Two of the rooms come with full size beds, closet and night stands. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed, walk in closet and has its own master bath. There is also a queen size air mattress in the closet of the master bedroom. The condo has a private in ground pool with a picnic area. My condo is only a 3 minute walk to Playa Pico de Piedra. Only 20-30 min from (BQN) Rafael Hernandez Aquadilla Airport and approx. 2 hours away from (San Juan) Luis Munoz Marin International Airport.
Additionally the condo is equipped with a 300 gallon back up water system that sits in the washer and dryer room. This is an automated system that will allow my entire condo to have water for approx. 3 days even if the water goes out in the mainland.
