This vacation Beach House is located in the: Porta del Sol Tourism Area, in the west side of the island of Puerto Rico, specifically in the town of Aguada. The municipality of Aguada brings the tourists the opportunity to explore a variety of calm waters, gentle breezes, and a unique tropical sunsets. The property is located 25 minutes away from the Rafael Hernández Airport in Aguadilla, and 1 hour 50 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport in San Juan. It is also near Rincón, a town very well known for its' incredible beaches, great for surfing.
It is a perfect vacation hideaway. It is located on a beautiful shallow beach with an awesome view and access to the beach. This home has a large covered porch and sun deck with plenty of sitting room for any activity. It also includes a large charcoal barbecue pit. Hammocks are included for guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical sunsets.
The shallow beach is perfect for kids too. The house has four (4) bedrooms (one queen, one full and twin-size bunk bed, one twin and bunk bed- twin top, full bottom), three (3) baths with hot water, a full equipped kitchen, Dish TV satellite service, beach front facing covered porch and sun deck, and private secured one (1) car open garage. Perfect for honeymooners! The house has wi-fi.

Rentals will not be accepted with less than 10 days notice. A minimun of 30% rental deposit is required - balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Rental deposits not received within 7 days of reservation will result in automatic cancellation. Rentals with less than 30 days notice require payment in full by Express Mail.

Comfortable beach house with an awesome view
Everything about our stay was perfect. To start off, Mr. Cruz sent us detailed directions to the house. He then meet us there with his grandson Diego. They were both so nice. They showed us around the property and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is wonderful and the view is incredible. The house is just a few feet from the ocean. It has a gorgeous deck overlooking the water with hammocks and table and chairs. It also has a nice outdoor brick grill. The house itself is not super fancy but it has everything you need to have a a relaxing beach vacation. It was about 25 minutes from the airport and about 10 from Rincon, which is a really cute surf town. We had an amazing stay and I already miss falling asleep to the sound of the waves.
