This 5 year old home has been off the market for 3 years with a long term tenant and to complete the pool/patio addition. It will soon be available starting November 2018. We are offering a discounted rate for the first year. There were several additions in the last 3 years including an extremely large 32x17 ft. patio with 12 ft. ceilings, salt water pool and large sundeck. Their is a living space, dining space and bar/counter, complete with grill, sink, fridge, wine cooler and cabinets. We've also fenced and gated the entire property for your privacy. It's complete now with the backyard landscaped and a garden for your picking. Beach towels, lounge chairs, and hammocks are provided.
 
Master bedroom (queen bed) with en suite bathroom. Second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with full size bunk beds. Second bathroom has bathtub and skylight. There is an option for a packnplay upon request only. Fully equipped kitchen with SS large fridge, granite counter tops, microwave, coffee pot, blender, and everything you would need for cooking. Dining area seats up to 8. Large living room with sectional sofa, flat screen TV, surround sound & bluray player. Instantly stream thousands of movies and TV shows from Netflix or listen to and endless amounts of music through Pandora on the TV. DVD library including 100's of movies to choose from. Books and games for your enjoyment. Nine ceiling fans throughout, including all outdoor living spaces. Air conditioned bedrooms & wireless internet service. We have an internet extender which will give you internet outside by the patio. Outdoor seating and hammocks. Also available coolers, beach grill and beach chairs and lounge chairs around the large pool deck.
 
A full size gas grill with utensils are available..
 
Washer and dryer are available.
 
Closest airport about 20-25 min.Aguadilla (BQN). San juan 1 1/2hr drive. Jobos beach 15 min. Drive. Isabela mall including Walmart, Selectos (grocery store) and many other stores is less than 5 min. Drive. Video rental store 1/2 mile away. Bakeries within a few minutes in all directions.
 
Everything in this house is newer, including furniture, pillows, dishes etc. Available upon request is a Pack n play with baby blankets.
 
Our caretaker Maelo speaks both Spanish and English and is available upon request. He will meet you upon arrival. Additional services with a fee are available such as laundry, grocery shopping, driver, airport transport, cooking, housekeeping, anything within reason, just ask. He's available as much or as little as you want.
 
We have coqui frogs at night and even a cow farm at the end of our dead end road, but still close enough to everything you would need during your stay. So get away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan and see the real Puerto Rico.
 
This side of the island has much to offer such as the famous Jobos beach, Crash Boat beach, Guajataca forest, San Sebastian flee market, Camuy river cave park, Arecibo Observatory (words largest single-apeture telescope) among many other sites. Rincon is about 45 min. Away, which is another good day trip, as well as the must see bioluminescent tour in La Parguera. One of the newest additions to Isabela is the world class golf course the Royal Isabela. There are countless things to do in the Porta del sol and surrounding area. We can help you plan your trip based on your likes and needs.
 
No passport needed for US residents
 
A rental agreement and damage deposit or damage insurance is required. Must be 21 or older to sign rental agreement. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior approval has been made. No large groups or parties allowed on the property. A pool waiver is also required.

Generator on site (rules apply) and water reserve tank. Outdoor security cameras may be in use.

Exceptional Hospitality

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and provided everything we needed and/or wanted. The owners are very accommodating. Our favorite things about this house were the pool and the catered food we ordered. The owners have a catering business and can cater food right in the rental!! They have many menu options to choose from. We chose to stick with traditional Puerto Rican dishes. We used their catering services 3 times and LOVED every meal! I highly recommend doing this! It’s totally worth it! This house is located about 20 minutes drive from several beaches, restaurants, and a bike trail. It’s also within an hour drive to some really cool beaches in both directions, caves, and waterfalls. Aquadilla and Rincon are close too! If you like this side of the island, or if you are looking for a place to stay that’s not on the beach, definitely give this place a try. The neighborhood is safe, we walked around several times. We will definitely stay at this house again. The ONLY complaint, was how loud the animals next door are at night, but the owners provide sound machines and fans which really help. Overall, this is but a tiny thing. We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this house and the owners. They provided exception hospitality!

Great Property!

We simply can't say enough good things about this great property! It was everything we had hoped for and more! This property is brand new, very clean, and full of great amenities. It is setup perfectly for families. Conveniently located near highway 2, it provided easy access to great beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay! We highly recommend this property!
