This updated and comfortable 3 bedroom 2.5 bath is perfect for your family vacation getaway! Walk into the open concept living area drenched in natural light. The Master Suite is on the 1st floor with full bath and a new, luxurious King Bed. The 2nd story has 1 bedroom with a queen and 1 bedroom with a full and a half bath. All bedrooms have blackout curtains so you can sleep in! The house sleeps 10 total. 6 in bedrooms and an additional 4 in the basement on memory foam twin beds. Maximum of 12 occupants. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining area with seating for 6+. The finished basement offers seating, an air hockey table, a 50 inch TV and is a great place to "store" the kids for a while! The backyard has a large deck with a table and chairs for 10 - 12 people. Relax under the towering maple tree and around the fire pit in the backyard while grilling out on the large gas grill. Open street parking right in front of the house for 3 cars. Additional public parking about 75 feet away on Central Ave. Cold Central Air! High speed WiFi internet and the 50 inch living room, 50 inch basement and 37 inch master bedroom TV's have Roku with free access to Netlfix, Hulu and HBO. This house is very kid/toddler friendly, as the owners have a 2 year old, so they have to keep it that way! Mulligan House...Your New Home Base!

We loved the house, nice size.
We brought pans to cook breakfast, we used the white interior pan and the bacon stuck. Other pans worked well. There was enough glassware, plates silverware. We had to get use to the basement stairs some had height issues. The dining room table fit all of us, the light could have been better. We missed not having ESPN for college football or baseball. The mosquitos were bad at sunset that's not your falt. We loved the grill how nice to cook everything at once. I hope we did everything right when we left. We do this golf trip in the spring 2019, hope we can come back. Randy

Location location!
Our family had a very nice stay. The house was well-appointed and the close proximity to Lake Michigan made the house extra special. The showers worked great with plenty of hot water and beautifully designed. Wifi was strong and dependable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was awesome. Backyard firepit was great for making smores and the huge backyard table sat all of us. The grill is large and worked great. We went to the nearby zoo which was really cute and also utilized the free splash park. We went to the Lake Michigan beach daily and had a wonderful time swimming, wave-jumping and collecting stones. We walked to Dune Billies for a lunch and a breakfast and the food was amazing! Thank you for everything!
