Beautifully decorated two bedroom/two bath first-floor condo only two minutes' walk from the beginning of our private, gated access to the sugar-white sand and the emerald waters of the Gulf. This is a Family- oriented complex with pool and tennis courts and no charge for amenities. Spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and an outdoor patio in this first-floor condo. Washer and Dryer provided as well as quality cookware and dishes. Free WiFi, Smart TV.
We furnish a startup of paper products so you don't have to go shopping as soon as you arrive and after a long trip.
Guest access
There are two closets in the second bedroom and owner uses one for storage.

Great place with lovely furnishings and a short walk to the beach.
We loved this place and will be returning! Great furnishings, cookware, dishes, etc and with a washer/dryer in the kitchen. Just a few minutes' walk to the beach plus the pool is close. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Summit
I had two adults and 4 children. Very great place for kids. Lots of room . Beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend the summit for a great vacation spot. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo and only about two minute walk to the sand of Gulf.
Great place to stay. Family oriented with pool, tennis courts and a short two-minute walk to the beach plus generous grassy areas for children to play. Lots of great pots and pans for cooking, choices of dishes and a grill outside. We all had a wonderful stay and will be back.
