There is a large eat-in kitchen that provides you with the opportunity to sit and enjoy your family meals together. A large open family room includes a twin size bed. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom includes a queen size bed; the second bedroom includes two twin beds. There is one full bathroom. The patio includes outdoor summer dinning and has a gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower for rising off after a fun filled day at the beach. Washer and dryer are available.
We have a few simple house rules:
House is rented to a maximum of five people.
No Smoking
No Pets
One car maximum at beach parking lot
Take nothing but pictures - Leave nothing but footprints

Very nice cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The perfect place to relax.
This cottage is by far one of the cleanest places I have ever rented. The back yard has a variety of wildlife that can be seen almost daily including wild turkey and deer.

A great week away
We just got back from our time in RI. This was a great cottage, comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Perfect for 2 and the beach is SPECTACULAR.
