Description
The townhome is located in a secured gated community, a short 1-block walk to the beach and very close to the community pool. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, allowing 8 to sleep comfortably.
King bed in the master.
Queen bed in one guest room
Full/twin in the other guest room.
The living/dining space has a 55 inch TV. Each bedroom has its own TV. All TVs are equipped with Wi-Fi connected Smart TVs.
We provide bath, hand and face towels, extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. We also provide shampoo, hand soap, body soap, and lotion, a few bottles of water, coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker and regular Coffee maker, dishwashing pods and detergent pods for your laundry. We provide basic ingredients like salt, pepper and cooking oil.
We also provide folding wagon on wheels, 2 adult 1 child folding beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach sand toys for children.

We booked this townhouse to get away from hurricane Michael, and I couldn’t of picked a better place. Amy was so sweet and the place was SO clean and the neighbors were very friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, and if we are ever back in town, this is where I will stay!

Lovely Townhouse!
The townhouse was great! It had more than enough room for my family of 6. It was very clean and nicely decorated. They provided many items that most rentals do not such as shampoo, body wash, dish soap and detergent, laundry detergent and more. The grounds were well kept and is very close to the beach. The property manager was very quick to respond. The only downfall is that the property is right by active railroad tracks. Overall great experience though!
