This beautiful 4 bedrooms luxury property has been finished to the highest standard with impeccable attention to detail.
Primrose villa- Davenport boasts a stunning private south facing heated pool and amazing hot tub as well as having a shaded lanai for those that need a break from the Florida sunshine.
As well as comfortable sun beds and seating, there is a outside dinning space, perfect for family breakfasts and evening meals, if you can manage to get the children out of the pool.
The hot tub reaches a very 'hot' temperature, a real hit with all our guests.
The pool over looks a beautiful nature reserve and lake, the perfect place to relax after a day at disney, universal, lego land or one of the many championship golf courses which are a stones throw away. There are no other properties at the rear of the villa, so you can enjoy a very private outlook.
The property is only 8 years old and has recently updated .
It has the benefit of 2 master suites at opposite ends of the property, which is ideal for 2 families or grandparents.
The master suite has a huge bed, walk in wardrobe, bathroom with separate tub and large stand in shower. There is also access to the pool area from this bathroom.
The second master bedroom is at the front of the house in a separate 'wing', this too has a very large walk in shower with seat.
There is another full bathroom with bath and shower in the centre of the property which can be used by the two twin bedrooms.
Both twin rooms have drawers and wardrobes, one for the boys and a beautifully furnished bedroom for the princesses out there!
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
The Villa sleeps 8 in beds with an additional 1 on a bed settee and 'put you up' bed plus a baby cot ( total 10).
There is a fully equipped games room to keep you all entertained. We have provided table tennis, pool, basket ball and plenty of other games, toys and books, including a white board and pens for those budding artists out there!
There are two dinning areas in the property, one near the kitchen as well as a breakfast bar and a more formal dinning area.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, ice maker, coffee maker and plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans and not forgetting wine glasses! Plastic ware has also been provided for use by the pool.
A separate laundry area with large washer and separate dryer means that you can keep all your laundry separate. An ironing board and drying racks are also supplied.
The main living/ family room is open plan and allows access via sliding glass doors to the pool area. This area provides comfy seating and a 42inch flat screen TV with 100 + channels and movies on Netlix.
We also have a second seating area/living room where you can enjoy some quiet time reading or planning your next outing.
A brand new 4 burner gas barbecue is available for no additional charge for the use of all our guests, a must have on a holiday in the sun with such a great pool area.
We provide a cot, high chair, baby monitor and stroller for those with children. For your safety, we have also provided a pool fence if required.
The villa is all on one level, with exception to the games room which is down one step, making it suitable for wheelchair users too.
We offer FREE high speed wifi and international telephone calls.
On the development, there is a play park for the children, a nice evening stroll will take you there within 5-10 minutes. Friendly on site security patrol the estate 24 hours a day for your peace of mind.
Luxury white robes are provided in the master suites along with plenty of bath towels, pool towels and beach towels, leaving you more room in your cases for all the great shopping Malls around.
You will find a comprehensive welcome book and a large selection of leaflets detailing all the local attractions so that you don't waste any time in planning your holiday.
Within 3 miles, you have a selection of food outlets including MacDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Pizza and a Chinese restaurant who also deliver, for the times when you just want a night off cooking.
There is also a Pharmacy (CVS) gas station, supermarket (Publix) and restaurant (Chilis) as well as the Omni Resort which has a selction of restaurants and a sports bar. The main highway to Disney (i4) is also within 3 miles as well as a number of championship golf courses (Championsgate and Reunion).
Disney is approximately 20minutes drive away and very straightforward to get to.
We have a fantastic local management team who look after the property and pool . They ensure it is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard and are always on hand during your stay in the event that you need anything .
