Steps to the beach!
Very close to the sand where our 3 kids spent most of the day. I walked over to Pier Ave in the evenings for a drink and to watch the Dodger games. Kitchen appliances are top notch. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Sitting in the patio area and barbecuing is very relaxing as well.

Great place, great location!
We loved this place and will definitely rent again! The bunk beds were perfect for our young daughters! The closet and drawer space was great for the 10 days we were there. I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect Location!
This apartment is in a perfect location! Exactly 1 mile on the strand to Manhattan Beach, and 1 mile the opposite way to Redondo Beach, and less than a 5 minute walk to the Hermosa Beach Pier and all the shops and restaurants (too many restaurants to choose from!) and about a minute's walk to the ocean where we saw dolphins swimming next to the surfers. The best feature of this property is the private courtyard with a large outdoor table, benches, grass, and a barbecue grill. The hedges are tall enough for privacy while you enjoy your morning coffee in your pajamas and watch the hummingbirds. People walking by along the street couldn't look inside our windows, and yet we could leave the blinds and windows open and it felt completely private. This property comes with a covered parking spot (which is very important in HB), and they also provided a resident's parking pass which allowed us to park at any meters for free all day long. On a busy holiday weekend, we even managed to park two small cars inside the carport. The two strand cruisers were fun and my husband and daughter rode all the way to Rat Beach (near PV) and then all the way up to El Segundo. The layout of the kitchen was genius and it was great that our teens had their own room with a pyramid bunk bed (also with pullout trundle). The bed in the other room was a bit small (but we're used to our king at home) but it was comfortable. The house was well-stocked with kitchen items, boogie boards and towels. The only thing is the laundry is located in a separate part of the building and is coin-operated and the rest of the units in the building have access to it. Other than that, this was a perfect little place for our family of four! We will definitely come back!

This home provided us with energy and well being for our first four weeks of retirement!!! Steps to the sand, lots of restaurants and night life, great walking spots, fully equipped. We even hosted Easter for family and friends. We walked 6 miles round trip to the Redondo Pier. Dog friendly. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We will be back.
