A truly unique vacation home is waiting for you. Villa Carpe Diem, with Spanish-style architecture including a tile roof and an arched entryway, is located on a wide freshwater basin in SE Cape Coral. The neighborhood off Santa Barbara Blvd has numerous stores and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car. Looking across the water and palm trees from the large patio will definitely create the feeling that you’re on vacation. If you don’t necessarily want to go boating – the canal does not lead out to the Gulf of Mexico – this is where you’ll find your little piece of paradise.
Villa Carpe Diem was extensively renovated and offers three bedrooms, each equipped with a King or Queen bed and a TV, two modern bathrooms, a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as a living and a family room. The living room with its fireplace and leather sofa is perfect for spending some quiet time together, while the family room is set up for movie night with a large flat screen TV. Like all the bedrooms, the family room features stunning bamboo floors. The interior design is contemporary and distinctive, with hand-selected decorative elements and a sense for modern living.
The paved pool area not only includes the traditional dining table on the covered patio, but also a separate sitting area around a fire pit, the perfect setting for enjoying drinks together in the evening. The entire area faces south and receives plenty of sunshine during the day. Several lounge chairs are available. And the pool, oversized and equipped with an electric heater, is just the place to cool down after a long day at the beach.
