Rental Notes
Advance Payment: 30 % upon signing rental agreement
Final Payment: No later than four weeks prior to arrival.

Additional days can be booked and will be calculated based on the respective weekly rate divided by 7. 

Minimum rental period during high season: 14 days for bookings over Christmas, New Year’s Day, and Eastern. 

Please add 11,5% tax to all rates (6% Florida sales tax and 5% local tourist tax). Electric fee: $0.15 / kWh.
