With the Caloosahatchee River literally around the corner, boaters will definitely want to take this home into consideration. There’s a private dock, and the trip to the river takes only about five minutes.
The home offers three bedrooms, each with new wood floors and one with direct access to the pool area, as well as two bathrooms. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped and impresses with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy breakfast in the morning sun in the little nook by the large kitchen window. A separate dining room with space for six guests is also available. The generously designed living room features a remarkable wood ceiling, comfortable leather sofas, and a flat screen TV. Needless to say, free Wi-Fi is provided. Each and every room is a showcase for attractive furnishings and selected decorative pieces.
The remarkable pool area was completely redone. Facing west, it offers great views towards the sunset. The pool can be electrically and solar heated, a perfect combination. An electric heater gets the spa quickly to the desired temperature. The entire area is paved and includes a covered patio, great for outdoor dining, and a sundeck with several lounge chairs.
