The kitchen is fully equipped , pots and pans,crock pot ,glassware ,dishwasher, stove , refrigerator with ice maker, blender,new toaster, new coffeemaker, cookware, utensils, and a brand new microwave mounted over the stove. Enjoy your meal in the dining room that sits 6 people comfortably or at the breakfast bar with 3 bar stools.
The laundry room has a full size new washer and dryer , iron, ironing board, beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs for our guests .
This unit has been completely painted throughout, extra clean and decorated to enhance your stay and make it the most comfortable!
All bed linens, towels and beach towels are supplied, sprinklers and smoke detector are in the unit.

We have a large heated oceanfront pool as well as a hot tub. A private oceanfront picnic area is also provided .You can BBQ on the gas grill while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Per Health Department order, infants, toddlers and children that are not toilet trained (including swimmies) are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
Adventure water park, restaurants, bars, miniature golfs, groceries, Volusia mall, banks all within a few miles.
EVEN THOUGH WE EMPLOY A CLEANING SERVICE, AT LEAST THREE TIMES A MONTH WE TRAVEL TO THE CONDO TO DO A THOROUGH CLEANING AND WE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS VERY CLEAN.

We usually go to a hotel with kitchenette but as our family has grown from 4 to 5 we decided to rent a condo this year. This condo was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked nearly every night. The condo was clean and comfortable. Two bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a sofa sleeper was more than enough for everyone. No need to bring any sand toys (buckets, shovels, etc..) there are many at the condo. Also having the washer and dryer was very helpful. We brought our own beach towels, but there are many at the condo to use. Evelyne was extremely nice, easy to communicate with and very decent person to deal with. I can't say enough good things about her and our interaction with her. One small note is that the condo is a side unit. The view is an ocean view. The view was still nice but important to keep in mind. Thank you for everything!!
