Description
Once you step into Tahoma Lodge you will know you are home! Tahoma is a 1200 SF quiet, roomy townhouse in the popular, heavily wooded Lake Village area. We have just completed a nice remodel of the kitchen dining room area (New cabinets countertops ,Range, lighting and flooring!)The home is nicely furnished and has two comfy Cal King beds as well as two additional sofa beds in the living room. The master has its own bath and 32 ' flat screen TV with remote. The second bedroom has a Cal King bed. and 32' flat color TV. The living room has two additional quality queen sized sofa beds and a 40' flat screen TV.Our home has a gas fireplace & gas BBQ on our woodsy private deck.
Tahoma offers Free WIFI, Dish network, and a private indoor Hot tub in the garage and a two car attached garage( Please note, the Hot tub is at the rear of the garage in a carpeted area) Bring a robe to keep yourself warm particularly when you are going upstairs to Tahoma. It can be breezy at times
There is a washer dryer in the home, a 32 'flat TV w/ remote in each bedroom,and a completely equipped kitchen w/microwave, crock pot, pots and everything for your cooking needs. As our guest you have the use of our clubhouse amenities which include a Ping pong and Pool table, saunas and when the snow melts, a heated swimming pool, tennis, courts and deluxe kids play area.
Tahoma is a short walk from the forest and trails for winter snow hikes and casual hiking/biking during other Tahoe seasons. The home overlooks the mountains of Heavenly Valley. As our guest, you have use of the Lake Village heated pool, (Summer/Fall) Tennis courts, ping pong and pool tables, saunas,showers, restrooms, picnic area BBQ fire pit, and deluxe kids play areas.
Located in a forested quiet area yet is located approximately 1 mile from the Heavenly gondola, we are across the highway from a nice meadow and the Lake. Tahoma is within a mile of the beaches and shopping, a 24 hour gym. A Safeway Grocery supermarket is approximate 1/4 mile north on HWY 50 and the entrance to Lake Village,. The have 24 hour gym, a Dollar store , a US Post Office and small businesses serving food/drink. There is a visitors information center right down the highway across and just north of the Lakeside Inn/casino.. Carson City is 22 miles down the road with major chains such as a Super Walmart, Costco and department stores
In addition to gaming, shopping and local star studded entertainment Tahoe offers a wide range of activities.Hiking biking, river rafting, horseback riding, fishing and water activities abound in the spring, summer and fall. Tahoe’s record breaking snowfalls afford an incredible array of adventure including; snow tubing, boarding, downhill skiing, cross country, snowshoeing, snowmobile tours, ice skating, nostalgic sleigh rides, winter carnivals, or perhaps just snuggling up to a crackling fireplace with a warm beverage and a good book.
Amenities: In addition to the use of our clubhouse amenities listed above, we have games and books as well as a video and book supply. We have Dish network with 140+ stations for viewing. Our sheets and linens are clean and comfortable
Activities: Skiing, Hiking, biking gaming, entertainment, boating, fishing, shopping, para sailing, ballooning, white water rafting, dining, vegging out... Tahoe ROCKS in every season!
Heavenly Gondola is slightly over one mile from our door. Edgewood Golf Course 1/2 mile..Safeway Grocery store and Round Hill shopping center are 1/4 mile up the road Round Hill beach is 3/4 mile, 24 hour Gym and Subway Sandwich shop Wells Fargo Bank and a Dollar Store!
Other activities include:Skiing, Hiking, biking gaming, entertainment, boating, fishing, shopping, para sailing, ballooning, white water rafting, dining, vegging out...
You name it and you can do it in Tahoe! The bottom line is we are in a very quiet location yet conveniently close to all of Tahoe's many activities. Quiet location
Quiet place to get away. Nancy was nice to work with. She checked in with us after we arrived (via phone) and let us know if we needed anything she was a phone call away to help out. The property was a little dated but worked out wonderfully for our trip! It was close to the beach and to shopping. I highly recommend it here!!

Wonderful Family Trip
The condo was clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the wifi which was addressed immediately by the owner (thank you, Nancy!). My parents might have preferred a property with no stairs at this elevation, but I really appreciated having the bedrooms on the main floor, and the living room and kitchen on the next floor up. Very tranquil balcony, and quiet setting about a mile outside of state line. We crammed a 2-year-old, a 4-year-old, my wife and I, and my parents (mid-seventies) into this condo and there was enough space that we did not feel like we were stepping on each other. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location nice unit
This was a great location with a comfortable bed. If stairs (2 stories) bothers you, this might not be your place. We got used to the crooked stairs and will return.

Convenient Location
This location is located near Zephyr Cove so it was convenient. We went to Zephyr Cove to watch the sunset over Lake Tahoe. We spent so much time exploring Tahoe and very little time at the property. Fortunately we had great weather during our stay.

Great townhouse
My wife,, myself my best friend and his wife stayed at Nancy's property. When we arrived we got into the property easily. We enjoyed that both bedrooms had king size beds. We also enjoyed the living room and kitchen. We had a great dinner with the propane BBQ. We would love to stay at her property in the future.

Great property location.
Property is in a great close location to Heavenly Village and Harrah's casino (we did great)!!! We enjoyed the very close Navada Beach on lake Tahoe.
