Ocean views from this cute 2-b/r house. Sit on the deck with your coffee & watch the sun rise. Three houses back from Beach.
Bed Setup: 1st b/r has 1 full bed & 2nd has 1 full and 1 twin. Sleep sofa, Queen, for overnight guest only. Please note you would need to go through one bedroom (the one with the full bed) to access the bathroom. Washer, microwave, cable TV, phone, WI-FI, gas grille. There is a fireplace (in photos) but NOT a working one. Sleeps 5 in beds; 7 with sleep sofa. Parking for 2-3 cars. Sunset is a quiet, dead-end street. Walk along Surf St., go 3 streets to access for the beach @ the end of Fairhaven Ave. NOTE: I was able to get a wireless signal on my laptop at the house from the deck from my own house across the street. Bring your laptop along with the suntan lotion. Dogs possible with approval. $1,500/wk. Pet friendly rental in Saco.
