Clean, well furnished and adequate for sleeping 8, sleeping 11 is a stretch!
Great retreat, but don't expect to get a normal amount of sleep due to a train that visits and whistles throughout the night and day!

Wonderful home away from home!
We had a wonderful overnight at this cozy large well-acquainted home. Every amenity you could think of was provided. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was absolutely Charming. The property manager, Paige, was very accommodating and responded to every question I had immediately. She was helpful courteous and kind, which was helpful to me because I am still new to VRBO. We had a very pleasant experience because of Paige and of course I highly recommend both Paige and the home we stayed in. Thank you again!

Great House
The house is very charming. The rooms are spacious and clean. One of the best VRBO that I have ever stayed in.

Lovely place!
Our family and close friends gathered here to celebrate my daughter's Aggie Ring on Family Weekend, April 13-15, 2018. It is a wonderful house - better than we expected. The pictures don't do it justice! The kitchen and living areas are great for relaxing and mingling. It sleeps three couples (six full size adults) comfortably upstairs with two full bathrooms. The den is comfortable for two small to medium sized people on twins (one day bed and a trundle). Two to three additional people can sleep on a futon and the living room sofa (smallish people). There is a nice sized powder room downstairs. We had a small get together of 25 people in the side yard and driveway because it had rained and the backyard was soggy. It was perfect! The owner provides Cornhole and we set up table Jenga. The young kids collected bugs and sprayed each other with water guns. The house is set back safely from the street so we felt safe letting kids run around. The train comes through several times a night and is loud. I suggest using earplugs or a white noise machine. The wifi didn't work but it was only needed occasionally and we have a hotspot on our phones. If we had needed it, not having it would have been inconvenient. Page was great to work with! She was pleasant and responsive prior to, and during, our stay. We recommend this property and will consider staying here again. Thank you for a great weekend Page!

Convenient location and great accommodations!
We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. There was plenty of room for our group. The home was clean and well kept. We will definitely consider staying here again if we need to accommodate a large group for a stay in College Station.
