Sliding glass doors provide access to a balcony and gulf view. The master bath has a walk-in shower with safety grab bar. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, ceiling fan, HDTV and DVD player. Private bath with tiled shower/tub combination with grab bar. The open floor plan of the living room/dining room provides a vast area to gather and relax. Comfortably furnished with leather furniture, relax and enjoy the Large 48" flat screen HDTV, DVD and VCR players. The kitchen is fully equipped, new appliances and utensils. Kitchen is well lit updated with beautiful granite counter tops, a pass through counter to the breakfast bar. The Sun room is furnished in Florida style furniture and includes a spacious queen sleeper sofa.
