Great location and comfortable
We enjoyed our ten night stay at this Avalon condo in Clearwater. The location was great, very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The bed was comfortable, the wifi worked great, and for the most part the condo was quite clean. The appliances were nice and we especially appreciated having our own washer and dryer to use. I gave this a 4 rather than a 5 because of a few maintenance items. A number of light bulbs were burned out including the outdoor light which made using the access code on the door difficult to use. Also, some of the ceiling lights were burned out, and all three 3-way lamps only had the dimmest light setting working which made reading a little difficult at night. The AC/Heater thermostat indicated a need to change the filter and the dust cover was in need of a good vacuuming. Also, there were no washcloths and very few paper goods and consumables; so plan on bringing or purchasing your own. Other than these couple of items, the condo was very clean and quite comfortable, and we would consider staying there again when next we visit the Clearwater area.

Great condo!
Just came back from our stay, and just had to share how great it was! Beautiful condo, has everything you need to feel right at home. Great location, quick drive to the beach and walking distance from the grocery store. Cristina is SO great - she was super helpful with any questions we had, and always quick to respond. Highly recommend, can’t wait to visit again!
