Our guests are OUR priority!! Easy access, ground level Champion's Villa completely refreshed and ready as a first year rental. This end unit overlooks the natural surroundings of the 16th green on the Willard Bryd course at Sea Trail Golf Resort. The Villa offers 1450 square feet of living space with an open and spacious living/dining/kitchen combined area, a fully equipped kitchen if you are vacationers that cook full meals, a full-size washer and dryer, plus a private sunroom conveniently located just a short walk away from the pools and the Activity Center. Newly installed laminate wood flooring in the living room, sunroom and kitchen, freshly painted and extra clean. Private secure Internet access included. Two-queen beds with private bath in the main part of the Villa and two additional queen beds in the adjoining room with full bath. The adjoining room is complete with a mini kitchen, full size refrigerator, dining for two, sitting area with flat screen TV and work station allowing for all of our guests to have their own privacy and spaces to relax.

Perfect Getaway
It was so nice. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time, but there was so much to do in the area, aside from just going to the beach. We had a lot of other family in town from around the country, and many of them paid more than we did, and our Villa was MUCH nicer than their places. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient to everything. Sandra and Sanford were incredibly easy to book through and communicate with. The entire property is gorgeous. One small issue: spraying for bugs. My parents stayed in the mini suite part of the villa, and they had found multiple spiders and cockroaches. However, being in this kind of area(in the south, swampy area) bugs and spiders are expected.

This Condo in Sea Trail Resort was wonderful. The place is very well maintained and has a great location and golf course view. The owners were very communicative and helpful. They also provided numerous extras which makes packing much easier. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. We will be returning soon.

Lovely condo in a quiet golf course community, just a quick drive from the beach!
Very clean and tidy condo. We enjoyed having two separate apartments within the condo for extra privacy. Owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!!
