Amazing House
First I will say the house is amazing. Even better then the pictures. I love the outdoor space as well. Love the court yard in the front and the fire pit and spa/pool in the back. The community is nice and safe. We have been coming to Mexico for the past 10 years with our kids so that's really never a concern for us but I know others wonder. This house is almost at the end of the spit, so the water isn't very warm on this end. We have stayed at the other end closer to the springs and the ocean water is very warm on that end. The house seemed well stocked with everything from the kitchen to linens (except toilet paper) The grill is gas so that was nice. Having the washing machine and dryer was a plus. Beds are comfortable. I don't like to nit pick about small things but I think its important for other renters to just be aware of. First bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. They do provide a roll in each bathroom. But if your there longer than a 4 or 5 days you will run out in at least one of the bathrooms. Also the only remote that worked was in the main family room. I think all the batteries were dead in all the other remotes. Dishwasher was not working while we were there. My biggest complaint would be of course about the spa/pool. In the description of the house it does mention about the extra charge for heating the spa. But says you can use it as a pool if you don't want to heat it. Great, that sounds wonderful. What it doesn't mention is that if there is no water in the spa and if you want to use it as a pool it will cost you an additional $50.00 to fill it and $10 a day to clean it. Just be aware of the additional charges. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay. I would rent again in this community.

The Best Beach House
We have stayed here about three times. We adore this house. It is very spacious and very well maintained. Our children enjoy the beach and the jacuzzi. The service people and owner are very helpful. We love the tranquility and peace this house provides. Nice great get away. We love that it is away from the busy city. We always have felt very safe here. This house is a jewel!

Perfect!
The house is on a remote strip of land surrounded either side by water. It has been my experience that the pictures of vacation rentals typically make them appear better than they are, in this case it was the opposite. The huge windows of the living room look out directly onto an abandoned beach. We were a group of three couples and the set up of the house was perfect with each bathroom/bedroom combo creating a series of autonomous units. Loads of fun stuff to do nearby. Wine country is a must (especially the super chic Endemico). There are thermal springs a brief walk down the beach that you can access at low tide (park at the La Jolla Campground and bring a shovel). Ensenada has great nightlife and at La Bufadora you can discover a wonderfully kitsch tourist town leading up to the blow hole. Lots of very fun stuff to do in the area. As of writing (September 17th, 2013) the road leading to the property from the 1, the 23, was undergoing construction and was in poor shape. I drove my Prius which took some hits on the unpaved road (including a slow flat). Be prepared with with your transport. The dryer, internet connection, and a couple of other small things created issues during the stay but after we emailed management they werfe fixed promptly. Overall a very pleasant stay
