Three high-quality bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with a kitchen where nothing is missing. Everything is beautiful and elegantly furnished. The villa is also ideal for families with children, everything is available. Even various games, bicycles and a ping pong table.
The pool terrace is perfect equipped with very high quality lounge furniture to relax and enjoy. In the beautifully shaped pool swimming is fun.
Another feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment plant.
For the water treatment of, with fresh (sweet) water filled, pool no liquid chlorine is used, but by a salt electrolytic plant chlorine gas is generated, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.

House cleaning: 250.00 EUR incl. 11,5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
House damage deposit: Euro 900,00
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
Security Deposit increases by Euro 150,00 per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

Absloutely amazing
We stayed in this house for a week in August 2016. The house looks like new and is well maintained. The house is absolutely amazing. We loved the luxury in the house and the pool. We also loved the outside television where we watched the Olympic games every day. The contact with the property manager Michael is very good. We wished we booked the house for a longer period. If we plan to visit Cape Coral or Fort Myers again we certainly book this house again if it is available.

Traumvilla zum Genießen
Zum wiederholten Male haben wir diese großzügige und bestens ausgestattete Villa genießen können. Der Pool und das gesamte Haus werden exzellent gepflegt. Markus und das gesamte Team ließen keine Wünsche offen. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen und fliegen gut erholt nach Deutschland zurück. A+A

Traumvilla mit schönem Ambiente
Diese schöne Villa werden wir gerne wieder mieten. Waren 3 Wochen zu zweit in diesem Haus und haben die Küche, den Außenbereich mit großem Pool, das schöne Wohnzimmer mit riesengroßem Fernseher und super bequemer Ledercouch sowie den sehr schönen Bad- u. Schlafbereich sehr genossen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und auch die Betreuung vor Ort von Markus und seiner Frau Sue war sehr sympathisch. Da wir erst spät in der Nacht ankamen, war die bereit gestellte Flasche Rotwein von Markus sehr willkommen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Mein Mann und ich waren jetzt das 4. Mal in Cape Coral und wir können sagen, daß dies für uns die schönste Villa ist.

Schöne Ferienvilla
Wir waren zu zweit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und mussten leider nach zwei Wochen die Heimreise wieder antreten, taten dies aber gut erholt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und üppig ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Multimedia-Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Poolservice und Betreuung waren sehr höflich, aufmerksam und äußerst professionell. Insgesamt hat es uns so gut gefallen, dass wir für das nächste Jahr gleich wieder gebucht haben.
