All rental rates are inclusive 11.5% taxes
House cleaning: 300.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax
House damage deposit: 700.00 EUR
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

Einfach traumhaft schön
Ich war bereits in mehreren Häusern in Florida und war auch vorher meistens zufrieden aber CCVS mit ihrer Villa Carpe Diem hat alles übertroffen. Die Buchung war problemlos trotz den Umständen, dass wir erst kurz vorher gebucht haben. Wir fanden das Haus in einem tadellosen Zustand vor und konnten sofort den Urlaub genießen. Hier ein paar positive Dinge : -moderne Küche mit allem was man braucht -modern eingerichtet und alles in super Zustand -große Fernseher -der Außenbereich ist schön gestaltet und der Pool ist groß genug um auch mit mehreren Leuten drin zu planschen -Toller Grill -viel Ausstattung wie zb Strandstühle,Sonnenschirm,Dartbrett, Poolspielzeug, Basketballkorp,Tischtennisplatte,Kühlbox für den Strand uvm -eine Mappe in Deutsch und Englisch mit allem wichtigen was man über das Haus oder die Umgebung wissen muss (mag unwichtig erscheinen, aber genau diese kleinen Dinge sind so wichtig) Jetzt noch etwas negatives: -wir mussten leider abreisen Wir bedanken uns für diesen schönen Urlaub und kommen definitiv wieder!

Tolle Villa in der man den Urlaub genießen kann
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden super von der Hausverwaltung empfangen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
