The gorgeaus villa in Floridian style is situated on a beautiful plot in a quiet location.
The recreation is here guaranteed with a pool area surrounded by a large not visible terrace.
The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, hammock, seating area, TV and a big BBQ Gas Grill, perfectly equipped for a relaxing Holiday.
A shady spot is also available under the Tiki hat by the pool.
With four bedrooms, there is enough space for up to 7 people. Two of the bedrooms have a big king size bed.
It is all very tastefully decorated and matched.

Area Information :
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

For each further person a rent of Euro 100,00 week results at high season Euro 160,00

All rental rates are inclusive 11.5% taxes
House cleaning Euro 190 incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
House damage deposit: Euro 600,00
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
Security Deposit increases by Euro 150,00 per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

Dream Vacation
We just returned from a three week vacation at the Villa Sunny Breeze. This property exceeded all of our expectations. It was immaculately clean and extremely well maintained. The house was large and spacious and was fitted out with everything that you would need. Thanks to this wonderful property we were able to fulfill our dream vacation. The pool area was the highlight. The entire service from everyone at CCVS was first class and professional. I would recommend this property to all of my friends. For sure we will be returning. Thank you to everyone at CCVS.

Tolle Villa zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben 16 wundervolle Tage in dieser Villa verbracht und waren traurig, als wir abreisen mussten. Es sieht alles genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Das komplette Haus war sehr sauber, die Betten frisch bezogen, genügend schöne, frische Handtücher standen zur Verfügung. Der Pool war richtig groß und ein Traum. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, in der Nachbarschaft kann man fußläufig kleine Eulen an ihrer Brutstätte beobachten. Wir haben uns auch super betreut gefühlt - sowohl von Herrn und Frau Eger als auch von der Betreuung Vorort. Vielen Dank :-)

Super Urlaub
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen geniessen können, das verdanken wir auch dem Superhaus das wir zur Verfügung hatten. Alles war super, die Umgebung war ruhig und sauber, auch im Haus war alles sauber und zufriedenstellend. Wir können die Villa Sunny Breeze nur weiterempfehlen. Wir werden sobald wie möglich wieder unsere Ferien dort verbringen.

Die Villa übertraf unsere Erwartungen
Wir sind gerade erst wieder schweren Herzens zurück gekommen. Die Villa übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Abwicklung mit der Hausverwaltung war super. Sogar die Kautionsabrechnung ist schon da. Daumen hoch dafür. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, ruck-zuck ist man beim Publix zum Einkaufen. Restaurants sind ebenfalls nahe. Leider ist das Haus nächstes Jahr zur gewünschten Zeit schon wieder vermietet. Ich kann es verstehen ;-)
