The Villa Allegra has been newly renovated and furnished in 2012 and has room for six people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Also, the living and dining area, and a bright typical American kitchen are perfectly equipped.
The most beautiful is the stay on the spacious pool terrace, which invites you with comfortable garden furniture to relax and unwind.

Area Information :Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 85,00 EUR per week results at high season 136,00 EUR
Children up to the age 12 years are free of charge
Children from 13 until 14 years pay 42,50 EUR per week, at high season 68,00 EUR
House cleaning: 150.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
House damage deposit: 600.00 EUR
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

Everything was great. Very clean and hosts were great. The only thing that I would suggest is updating the 2 tvs. Very small and outdated. Besides that the place was as described and pictured. Look forward to going back.

ALLES TOP - wirklich alles !
Was soll ich sagen, schreiben ? ALLES WAR TOP ! Es gab für uns nicht das geringste zu bemängeln. Buchung, Abwicklung, Kaution, Ankunft (Danke an Manuel & Iris), Wir werden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und uns für einen weiteren Urlaub vormerken !

Im großen und ganzen OK
Wir waren im großen und ganzen zufrieden mit dem Haus. Wir dachten das das ganze Haus 2012 renoviert wurde, war aber leider nicht der Fall war. Hier wurde laut Aussage der Hausverwalter nur im Wohn, Essbereich und Küche gefliest. Sowie der Poolbereich. Die Bäder haben es auf jedenfall nötigt und mussten als nächstes Mal gemacht werden. Aber was wir wirklich sagen müssen war das das Haus sauber und ordentlich war. Es hat auch dort an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles da was man im alltäglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Die zwei von der Hausverwaltung Sue und Marcus waren sehr nett und haben uns auch gleich geholfen als wir ein Problem hatten. Also den zwei auch nochmal danke.

Die Villa Allegra und die Organisation (Sue und Marcus,sowie Anita) vor Ort in Cape Coral haben se verdient, eine "laudatio" zu bekommen. alles war super, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen Haus und werden es bei einem erneten Urlaub in Florida, wenn es geht, wieder wählen.
