Description
Villa Palmetto Dunes is situated in a quiet residential area, but still close to supermarkets and restaurants.
It is ideal for holidaymakers who are looking for lots of privacy. Two master suites with an en suite bathroom, divided into main and outbuildings are ideal for couples, who sometimes want to have their peace and quiet.
There are two more bedrooms with shared bathroom.
The pool of this villa is very special, with a waterfall and underwater spotlights a stunning atmosphere is produced in the evenings.
Billiards, table tennis, air hockey and four bicycles are available for leisure activities. Also, a men's and a women's golf set have recently been added for free use.
Entering this villa is like the entrance to an own small private OASIS. You will never again want away.
Area Information :Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 108,00 EUR per week results at high season 172,80 EUR
Children up to the age 12 years are free of charge
Children from 13 until 14 years pay 54,00 EUR per week, at high season 86,40 EUR
All rental rates are inclusive 11.5% taxes
House cleaning: 185.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
House damage deposit: 700.00 EUR
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

We absolutely loved our stay here so much that we didnt want to go home and last minute asked to extend it by a few days and Guenter was more than willing and made it happen. Thank you so much for putting so much thought into this rental and being accommodating to families. My kids loved finding the closet full of board games and activities. My favorite part was the layout of the house with the pool in the courtyard and the house surrounding the pool on all three corners made the property feel very private. The only problem we had the entire stay happened on the last very last day of our stay when the stove broke which wasnt an issue for us. Also on arrival the pool wasnt filtering properly but Guenter sent Sven the property manager right over with his pool boy and the problem was fixed immediately! The location was perfect! We made trips to Captiva, Sanibel, Fort Myers etc almost daily. Thank you for having beach chairs, shovels, beach toys etc. for us to use. Excited to visit again!

A wonderful stay at Palmetto Dunes Villa
A nice villa in a good neighborhood fully equipped for 7/8 people. Nothing is missing to have a wonderful stay in Cape Coral... the house was really clean and everything working in good condition. The local staff of the agency very helpful in case you need them. Thanks @Sven

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Schon mehrmals haben wir den Komfort und die Ruhe in der Villa Palmetto Dunes genossen, und jedes Mal fahren wir mit Wehmut weg. Der Pool im Innenhof ist sicher das Glanzlicht des Anwesens, völlig ungestört haben wir dort Sonne getankt. Die Sauberkeit der Villa ist makellos, das Bett sehr bequem, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchen. Die Besitzer legen erkennbar Wert darauf, ihr Haus in bester Verfassung zu halten, diesmal waren der Kühlschrank und die Poolliegen gegenüber unserem vorangegangenen Besuch neu. Wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden.
